The management is terrible. No one is at the front desk and you call the owner on his cell phone that is posted. He sends his daughter to check you in by writing your name and number on a notebook. She left the desk to find a room, checked us into a dirty room. My request for a clean room was possibly ignored? She left the desk and left me standing there. A young man came behind the desk and ignored me until I asked what was going on with the room. He told me he didn't work there but was okay to be behind the desk with private customer information. I asked the owner, by calling the cell phone number posted and requested a refund, I was referred to the booking agent for that. There are young kids running around the lobby and into the back desk area, the place smells and the services were so poor. I am happy to share the owners cell number with Priceline and Trip Advisor are interested in speaking with their partnering business.
