凱霍加福爾斯麗怡酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Akron Cuyahoga Falls)

The place has a signs-under construction and it really needs it. The layout of the rooms is fine- roomy and lots of space. But mold, rust on doors. 1942 carpet and drapes - which hung funny. Paint awful. Kitchen area fine. This could be a nice place with a large face lift.

The first night the fire went off for no apparent reason twice. In the morning we realized our door did not lock. Maintenance did fix it.the tub had rust on it. The bathroom sink leaked. The second noght the firealarm went off again. We were told they were renovating and were addressing the issues. Wish we knew before we booked. No attempt was made to compensate us for tge inconvenience. The general staff was very friendly.

This room was very worn out. Carpet was bare in spots. Window was fogged and rusty. Chair very uncomfortable. Beds too soft (and we use plush mattresses at home). Service people were good and breakfast was good. But almost left in the night to find a hotel with better beds for my wife.

The hotel and rooms are very worn down! The pull out couch was broken. Wallpaper was falling off the wall. The sink sprayed everywhere. The shower was moldy. I could keep listing but won’t. The only redeeming factor was that the staff was friendly and they put out complimentary fresh cookies and fruit. Definitely not worth the price per night! Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Things were not properly working, was not advised of 100$ deposit til check in, pool cold no towels. Regular maintenance and upkeep on stocking items is highly recommended for cost being paid for a 1 night stay.

The room was fairly dated and decor, which isn’t the end of the world. Couple of issues we had included a very noisy refrigerator, a very noisy air conditioning unit and not one single ice machine in the hotel worked from a Service perspective. We asked if we could have a second valet for our room and no one ever responded, the price of the room does not match the comfort level and decor, but it is possible we paid more for a holiday weekend. The breakfast was decent and there was someone available to help you. We had a Suites and appreciated the layout of the room and multiple TVs. They are renovating the entire hotel, so hopefully they replace all of the outdated old squeaky equipment!

Property was a short drive from Cuyahoga Falls main streets, but it's very affordable and was clean and the staff was wonderful.
