阿克倫凱霍加瀑布喜來登套房酒店(Sheraton Suites Akron Cuyahoga Falls)

It’s located on beautiful river side. There is a fall just behind it and walkable from the fall Square where there are multiple bars and restaurants. Hotel is Nice and has beautiful suits. Public area, Balcony are beautiful. There is a restaurant which has beautiful view of river. Over all a nice property with spacious suites.

There were two reasons I booked a room here. I wanted a view of the river from my room, which I got. I wanted to share the experience with my kid that I had with my parents of eating in the glass dinking area on the river. The kitchen was flooded and was closed. After talking to maintenance, who came to fix the shower that wouldn’t shut off, I was told that the kitchen grease drain system was often backed up and flooded the kitchen. If the kitchen to your hotel that FEATURES a dining experience on the river is closed, you have lost half the reason for staying there! I hyped up to my young adult kids the great experience we were going to have, and we were let down. Fix it or you will end up closing

Very old hotel. Rooms need a massive update. Water dripping all night from two different faucets. Bathtub with stains. Tv did not even have a remote control. One of the worst Sheratons I've stayed in- especially at that price point.

Receptionist was rude- we expected a room with a balcony, was told rudely that would be a $500 upgrade. No restaurants or food options were available, even though we paid for "club access" to the room with refreshments. We came for the beautiful sights, as we were laying our mother to rest. The lack of customer service made it a horrible trip, with horrible memories. She didn't even offer to help, just kept filing her nails until I finally asked for local options food food, to which she loudly said "I already gave the brochure to your husband!!" I bet this place is great any other day with any other receptionist.

My daughter graduated on 5/31 and the grandparents were staying there for the graduation which was at 7:30 after the ceremony we went back to the hotel by this time it was almost 9:45 and we were told the kitchen closed at 10:30 only to be told as we were ready to order that it was actually 10 and the kitchen was closed so my daughter who was starving stopped and got a hamburger and brought it to the hotel bar area which was we were proceeded to be told she cannot have that in here in a very rude and holier than thou attitude by the staff and pretty much ruining my daughter's graduation night which will never ever be forgotten such a horrible horrible way that whole situation was handled

The staff and service elements were not up to the level of cost of that I was charged. Also the food service was more or less none existent. We ended up eating off the property because the staff said the kitchen could not handle any more orders after we waited for the restaurant to open at 5:30p on aSaturday evening.

1-Star. There’s a river gorge behind the property and a freeway on the other side of the river gorge. There is no path to walk by the river, and the water is so far down that the freeway noise overwhelms it (from our 2nd floor room). We paid extra for that. When we arrive, the bathroom floor was covered in a large pool of drying urine and drops of blood. The bathroom counter and cabinets were covered with toothpaste-spit and grime. The windows in the room were dirty and covered with dead bugs, spiderwebs, and trash (dried to the outside of the window). There was a bottle cap on the floor, crumbs on the coffee table/foot stool right next to a new packet of alcohol wipes. There was chewing tobacco in the nightstand. The pillows were abysmal: old and smelly. We paid close to $400 a night for the privilege. AVOID.

Overpaid. Saw the same room online for over 100 dollars a night cheaper than when we reserved it. Got a earache from the pool.

Staff was fantastic, top tier. I was a guest, not a customer. Rest in the bed was heavenly.
