Hotel was central to all the places we visited on this trip which was Long Beach and Disneyland Staff was friendly and accommodating!

Very nice front desk receptionist. She accommodated us without any problems. Will definitely be back!

Loved my stay. Great customer service from Adam at the front desk. He was a fairly new employee and was having trouble getting the room key machine to cooperate. So, he personally walked me to the room to let me in. By the time I went back downstairs an hour later, the machine was working and I got my keys. Very clean and quiet.

Need security 24 hours for your hotel. Car park next us outside was break in that only one night we stayed with your hotel. No cameras outside back side parking lot of your hotel???? Think you guys should consider cos ppl safety is important especially when you are staying at your hotel.

Nice place to stay. Stayed a couple days. Clean rooms, accommodating staff. My only critique was the bed was a little rough. Mattress wasn’t comfortable. Could kind of feel it bottom out a little. And I’ve stayed at, I’d guess, a couple hundred hotels over the years traveling for work. Maybe it was an anomaly? Wasn’t in the mood to deal with it, was very busy when in town so didn’t say anything. Also there wasn’t much to choose from on the tv, if you watch tv at all, and can’t mirror or play your streaming apps. If that matters to you. Maybe it doesn’t. But overall the area was safe, room was clean, nice hot shower, staff were really nice and helpful, the continental was above average. Worth the price if you don’t get my same room. Heh.

I appreciated and light how polite the staff were, and how easy the check-in process was. Parking was amazing, right in front of the doors and easy access. Shopping areas are a literal three minute walk behind the building. Gray area for shopping and quick bite to eat. Everything was in walking distance. The breakfast in the morning was excellent as well, hot, and cold options.

My car got broken into. The window was shattered and my backpack stolen. The hotel doesn’t have security cameras or warnings that this could happen as I was told by someone who works there that this has happened multiple times in the hotel’s parking lot. Unsafe. Would not stay here.

The location was great within walking and driving distance to a wide variety of restaurants and shopping. My only bad experience was with the overnight front desk guy, or whoever works the front at 4-5 am. He was rude and not helpful at all. Aside from him, everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly.
