Das Hotel ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Gebucht. Bezahlt aber dann das Zimmer verweigert und behauptet, es wäre kein Geld eingegangen, obwohl es von Booking.com mir bestätigt wurde. Vorsicht Betrüger, die wollen zweimal kassieren. The hotel is a complete disaster. Booked. Paid but then refused the room and claimed no money had been received, even though Booking.com confirmed it to me. Beware of fraudsters, they want to collect twice.
Khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng thoáng mát, nhân viên tư vấn nhiệt tình, mình rất thích đồ ăn sáng ở nhà hàng. Thuận tiện vì khách sạn gần biển và cầu Rồng. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khi đến Đà Nẵng vào lần sau.

We are so happy for our stay in Peninsula Hotel Danang! The room is so clean and nice, the view is amazing! We can even see the GuanYing from our room! My 86 years old grandma enjoy her stay and loves the breakfast so much! They are so sweet to prepare a chair in the shower room for my grandma. All the people we met there is so friendly and helpful especially Francis, Helen, and Phuong! Also the staff who always help to carry my grandma in wheelchair, thank you so so much!
The one I originally booked was a deluxe room with a window and I really liked it coz it's a big room with city view but the AC was not working so I asked the reception to move me to another room, at first she gave me the room with twin bed without a window and a very small room so I asked her again to transfer me to another one since I don't like a room without a window. Finally she gave me this spacious room with a king sized and a single bed however it was a little bit smelly but I do understand maybe they haven't cleaned it well yet since they're not expecting that someone will use it. A very hard mattress but what to expect, it's actually a good deal when you are traveling alone and when on a budget. They clean the room everyday and change towels so that's a plus. Overall, I would recommend this place to everybody.
We took a trip to Danang after attending a friend's wedding in Saigon, decided not to make any plans and just plan on the go. Getting the Le Sands was a great choice we made. The hotel was convienently situated by the seaside, we took the oceanfront room which gave us an unblocked view of the entire ocean. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was standard international spread, nothing to shout about but the service staff were courteous and super friendly. Since we decided where to visit on the go, we asked the hotel staff if they could help us arrange our trips and lo and behold they did an excellent job! As a tourism trained academic and an ex-hotel and resorts sales manager, I can say they did a wonderful job. All the staff were very helpful going out of their way to assist me in my stay. Special mention of Emily the customer service who helped my fiancee and I planned 2 days of transport to Ba na hill, Hoi An and day 2 to Hue. All through the journeys she checked on my safety via online chat and gave me food recommendations. The fact that the price is a fraction of the larger hotel chains but the services, cleaniness, location and friendliness totally made this a steal. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. 訪訪客Booked a room here on October 10th 2022. Short review: 1) Bugs in the bed. 2) No soundproofing whatsoever. You can hear all your neighbors on the floor. 3) Very noisy AC. 4) Poor service. Longer review: It was about 5 p.m. already and I needed a place to stay a night, so searched nearby hotels in Booking. Because I wanted to check what the hotel was like before booking (most of the pictures were computer-generated or touched up), I went there and asked about the rooms. The receptionist first showed a room on the 11th floor (#1104?), but that one had a big moldy spots on the walls, so I declined. Then she showed the room #1004, which looked ok, plus had partial sea view. When I was going to book the room through Booking, the receptionist asked me to just pay the same price to the hotel without using Booking. It didn't matter to me, so I paid by card. Not 10 minutes in the bed, I noticed that something is bitting me. When I checked, I had bites all over my body. Like 6-7 on my right foot only. 🤪😰 Then I went to the reception, showed the receptionist the bite marks, and told her I was checking out. She replied ok, but they were not going to return the money. Even though I've been in the room for max. 20 minutes. I asked her to call the manager. After 10 or so minutes another lady came and said they'd return only 50%: because they showed me the room and I should've checked the room conditions better before booking. What?! How am I supposed to check the bugs in the bed?! 😳 I'm not in the habit of carrying a magnifying glass and checking the beds. I was pissed off for such an answer. After a long talk, a call with another manager, and another 15-20 minute wait, they decided to return the full payment. My experience in there was awful. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Actually I was puzzled how this hotel has a 8+ rating? My guess is that many people just don't bother to leave a review. So I decided to leave mine, so next time someone is looking for a hotel, they will know what awaits them there. Hope your travel will have only wonderful experiences and memories. 🙂
SSriram’sWe recently stayed at the Koi resorts at Da Nang. We researched and compared the prices, amenities, accessibility etc and zeroed in on this resort. We booked through trip.com and got a good discount of approx 25%, we were a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The overall experience at the resort was fantastic, the villa quite huge, with awesome pool (common and within the villq) and beautiful location, but let me start with a few negatives:
- while this is advertised as a 4 bedroom villa, it’s more like 3.25 bedrooms. The room downstairs is for just one person, my dad had to get an extra bed to be placed in the living room and slept there.
- For the 2 bedrooms on first floor, there is only one common toilet and bathroom, 4 people using 1 bathroom and toilet is a bit difficult. Would be good if they had done an attached bathroom and toilet for every bedroom (considering the space available is huge).
- When we reached, the aircon was not working, we had raised a complaint and they fixed it later by cleaning up the filters
- The toilets get very smelly as there is no proper ventilation (there’s a fan in the roof) but not good enough to remove the smell. Once again, we complained and they did some fix. Didn’t result in much of change.
- We are vegetarians, so there’s very limited options in the breakfast buffet, but they do oblige to make local vegetarian dishes separately for you if you request (the spring rolls, Pho, curry soup and glass noodles were lipsmacking!)
Despite all of these negatives, it’s the staff who are amazing and make up for all the shortcomings. They are forever smiling, very sincere and earnest, extremely polite and attend very promptly to your every single need. Not even once did we see them show even the slightest irritation or delay things. They had almost become like friends with us and they went extra mile to make sure we are taken good care of. The property is maintained spick and span, with beautiful landscaping and overall impeccable service. Absolutely enjoyed the experience, thanks and Kudos to the team!
