Khách sạn đẹp, sạch sẽ, so với giá rất là ưng ý nhà mình. Khách sạn gần biển, có bể bơi view biển luôn. Xung quanh có nhiều hàng quán đi ăn uống và đi ra biển rất tiện lợi. Nhân viên chu đáo, tận tình

STAFFS NEED BTTER ATTITUDE 1st we were reallocated to this hotel. There was no communication between the two hotels. The rooms once we entered were smelly. The attitude with the receiptionist is wanting. The swimming pool needs to be cleaned

The pain points were that they were unable or unwilling to cater to basic requirements. 1. No regular tea with milk, only green tea. 2. No regular milk, only Soy milk. 3. No clothes pegs or hooks in toilets. Where does one keep clothes after disrobing for a bath? Or keep fresh clothes? Just have to disrobe in the room itself! 4. Out of 7 Corridor lights, only 3 were working. Could not fix during our stay out 3 nights. 5. Breakfast was a scanty affair. No tea, fruit finished, no cereal. No toaster, they kept an oven for toasting bread! Quite sad, really!

Being a 3 Star hotel, we were really surprised with what we encountered. Met with the friendliest young chap at the reception, big spacious room and even a rooftop pool. The only negative we encountered was the slow clearing sink but we did not bother complaining about it seeing we hardly spent any time in the room. The hotel was located across the road from the beach and our Deluxe room even had sea views. We only spent 2N here and went on 2 day tours. Hence, with the limited free time we had, we went to where the Dragon Bridge was and had dinner at the Night Market there which was all within walking distance. We wished we had spent an extra day in Danang just to relax and enjoy what the town offers.

Our Hotel room was very nice, clean and spacious, no complaints about our room or the staff. The corridors of this hotel are very loud, we could hear everything outside our room on our floor. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The Breakfast was very basic, & not many options for Westerners, mostly all options was Vietnamese, but there was no details of what the food was, and someone with allergies will struggle to find something to eat, unless you are happy with salad and fruit for breakfast. The Breakfast room is very noisy when the restaurant is full. The pool was not very inviting and there were no chairs to sit on. Vietnam is only opening to tourists and our stay was only for 2 nights, and it served our needs on this occasion, but you may want to consider somewhere else if you are staying there for a longer period of time.
