峴港椰樹灣柏偉詩酒店(Carinae Danang Hotel)

Hotelli oli sulkemassa ovensa eikä hotellissa ollut mitään palveluja käytössä. Oli kuin olisimme olleet ainoat asiakkaat koko hotellissa ja mitkään palvelut eivät olleet käytössämme. Hotelli sijaitsi muutenkin alueella jossa kaikki muut hotellit (joita oli kymmeniä) olivat lopettaneet ja olimme koin kuolleessa kaupungissa. Sitten meidät siirrettiin kesken loman kadun toisella puolella olevaan hotelliin jossa oli kyllä sitten kaikki palvelut kohdillaan. Siitä suuri kiitos kyseiselle hotellille.

the location is away from the city area, we are here because of RCI and the points used are not worth the stay, I do not recommend RCI at all. Well now if you’re looking for a quiet hotel away from the city, this is the place for you. they have huge pools and kitchen, with microwave and electric stove. There are 4 water bottles give to us daily and the room is somewhat cleaned daily but the towels are changed every 2 days and the bed sheets (pillows) are not going to changed throughout our stay which is 7 nights and it was horrible. I hate the hotel’s policy and there are so many bugs on the bed which we realize on the last day. I do get some itchy and bug bites but never actually see on until the last day, the bug is so fat and there’s literally nothing i can do since it’s the last day as well. We can ask to be changed but it will cost 200000 dong. we paid full price but the hotel policy is too stingy. the facility is okay, aside from the big pool, there’s not much other guess so the lift is only working 2 out of 4, the vanessa beach is empty and it’s available through their daily shuttle for free, the staffs are nice and wonderful including Anna, she kept sending us whatsapp for everything that we need within her knowledge and ability to help as long as it doesn’t goes against the hotel’s policy. So in a way, the staffs are great, it’s just the hotel’s policy, I can’t stand getting out of there so i can sleep in a clean bed 🥲

외각지역이라 교통이 불편항

All I can do is give negative and positive points, as our stay is not yet over. Positive. The staff, are all polite and try to be accommodating. The rooms are clean, and set up for 4 so you get 4 bottles of water a day. And coffee we have a room overlooking the sea and golf course, Happy hour on cocktails from 15.30-1730 Its peaceful. In between danang and hoi an A shuttle bus to the supermarket, for 50dong each The pool is good and not too cold. Negative Surrounded by unfinished buildings, (this looks to be quite common in this area) Although states they have a beach club, there are no facilities for eating and drinking until 4pm ( sun goes down at 530 in jan) no towels are supplied at the beach. All the sunbeds are in the shade, although you can ask the lifeguard to move into the sun. No supermarket on site as advertised, no gift shops etc . Although it’s encouraged to cook in the room, you must wash up after you, otherwise it’s a 5 million dong charge. Think that’s it for now, would I stay here again, probably not, Grab taxi works well in the area it’ll cost between 140-190 k dong to get to hoi an which is def worth a visit.
