We booked 1 suite and 2 deluxe rooms with balcony. The check in was nice until they informed us that the 2 deluxe rooms « will be upgraded to Suite BECAUSE THESE TWO ROOMS WITH BALCONY WILL BE NOT AVAILABLE » even we booked and it has been confirmed. But anyways it’s okay for us. Then the bathroom has no cool water only hot water. We also booked buffet breakfast for 6 people of our family for 4 days. Its a family trip so we would like to be together for breakfast, but when we arrived at the breakfast this morning, there is no 6-seat tables were taken by some couple guests. I was asking for an extra seat at a 5 seat table so that my family can be together. Dung (with glasses) - the waitress replied to me « no! It’s impossible » like a robot answer. She didnt even asked me why? And even my brother tried to ask one more time she said the same thing « like no it’s impossible » without hesitation. For me it is not a nice interaction to your guests at the hotel. I like the hotels since its local and it is very well designed. However, some small parts brought me disappointed. I also work in a hotel in France so I know Customer service is very important. Thats sad that very little point bring bad experiences.
