I had a problem with my visa when arriving at the airport so I was not able to left the customs/airport and I informed the hotel, and they refused to help me to cancel the reservation which was just for 1 night due to connecting flights. Then no support for the customers so will not consider this hotel for other occassiobs

Hôtel correct avec des points positifs et négatifs. L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel sont juste exceptionnels. Le service au restaurant et au oetit déjeuner est irréprochable. La salle de sport était juste un ++ avec le coach MAO qui est une très belle personne. Mais … y a toujours un mais : ma chambre n’a pas été faite pendant 2 jours malgré le petit bouton vert affiché toute la journée, j’ai réservé pour un créneau soin dans le spa mais j’ai dû attendre plus de 30 minutes dans un hammam froid car ce dernier ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai dû appeler 3 fois pour avoir un sèche cheveux et attendre presque 1 heure. Mais l’état général était correct et ce ne sont pas ces petites erreurs qui m’ont gâchées le séjour.

Sejour agréable mais pour un client régulier, le late check out est payant. Plage et piscine privatisée le premier soir sans prevenir. Draps plus très neufs : pas au standing du prix payé. Autrement les prestations sont bonnes

One of the best properties and very safe. The only issues is, bring your own face towels/wash cloths. The staff provided one the first day but couldn’t understand when we requested more. Service at the restaurant is VERY slow and inconsistent. The staff however is very nice, very safe property, and very clean.

I stayed one week at the Pullman Teranga. It was an horrible experience: the staff just ignore you when you have a request, they never respond to the phone, the pool was privatised, without any warning, so we could not enjoy it although we paid for it, 1 day of 2 they forget the water in the room, the door of my room was not closing properly so I felt very insecure at night. I sent 5 emails to get my flight ticket printed: never got the print. The air-conditioning is not efficient in the bedroom, the door of my bathroom was broken and the mirror was rust... so please, run away, there are other Luxury Hotels in Dakar.

I went to the Pullman Teranga and we were overall disappointed by the quality of this hotel. It is supposed to be a 5 starts but the carpet is dirty, our rooms were not cleaned every day even when we put the sign to clean, we were out of bath towels for 2 days and the staff was very disorganized overall.

Location of the property was fine. Facilities were good. Not quite sure this is a 5 Star property. Definitely overpriced. Front desk staff were the absolute worst. I read reviews about bad front desk service and had lowered expectations even then they couldn't even meet me up with low expectations. They were quite unhelpful; language and attitude were abrasive and sometimes downright unprofessional. Staff at the restaurants were however excellent. Makes you wonder why the hotel's management will keep this set of people at the Front desk. Would I stay here again. Yes. I would.
