Very well maintained resort with Good food in their veg restaurant and we'll maintained rooms which are maintained and very hygienic. Even they have Spa and Wellness centre. Must visit if your visiting Dharmasthala. Aananda Wellness and Resorts is a must visit place.

Our stay at Ginger Mangalore was superb. We enjoyed the room, ambience, staff here are so nice, well behaved and friendly. Akshata was dealing our check out process and it was effortless. We were dealing with Chandra, the manager here and he is a gentleman. We were celebrating my birthday here and he had arranged a delicious cake. We really appreciate for the extra effort Ginger put for its customers. Overall our stay here was memorable.

We recently stayed in The Ocean Pearl Inn during our last visit to Mangalore. The hotel is located in the heart of city making it convenient to explore the city. Friendly staffs and well maintained facilities making it easy and comfortable specially with the kids around. Much appreciated and will surely plan for our future visits.

Great hospitality in the heart of the city. The staff was lovely and amazing. It was an amazing experience and ended up staying for two nights.. would definitely recommend. The food was amazing and do not miss the morning breakfast........

My mother and I gone for a visit to ***galore for the first time and the team at AJ Grand made our stay very pleasant, happy and comfortable with lot of good memories to take back from the trip. We visited some beautiful temples with the help of taxi booked through AJ Grand and enjoyed amazing vegetarian food in the Hotel

It's a terrible hotel. There is mould in the bathroom. The bathroom smells so bad, the entire time we were here, it was terrible, the tap was stains on them, eveytging just seemed so dirty and unclean . There was hair on the pillow. The breakfast starts at 8, unlike 7 in almost all the hotels around the world. Can't rate the breakfast because we didn't get to try it, we had to catch a flight back home. The area in which this hotel is situated is also not that great, the entry to the reception is in the basement , which should have been our first clue to the experience we were going to have here. One of the worst.

Excellent service throughout - requested a late check and was accommodated without problem. Dinner at the Chinese restaurant was outstanding and bartender made us some excellent martinis . In prime location with easy access to shopping

We had an excellent stay for a week at this hotel. The entire team including the manager Mr.Cletus, Vijay, Akshata, Sudeksha, Rajesh & the housekeeping staff were polite, kind , helpful, and prompt in their services throughout the day. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The breakfast was good, with different items served daily. The hotel is centrally located with good restaurants and supermarkets close by. Zomato & Swiggy also deliver to the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again as well during our next visit.

Aurum the most imp is 24 hrs food... We connected via Shruti and she had ensured every bit of our travel is good, not just stay. Calls, messeges, temple info, time, room booking, add on services....she had it all done with perfection and efforts beyond her host duties. Shruti was a great pleasure to be hosted by when we reached , her teammates were exceptionally helpful. Aurum is a heavenly placed equally divine as the Kukkeshri temple is. The ambience is spiritual with nature infused beaty and 4 star hotel seevices. riverside room is unbelievable. We can stand by riverside hillock. The best is the people. All the staff members have ”no artificial ” but homely way to make your stay a great temple visit. They go extra mile. We had a special request that they could refuse but they rather helped like their own responsibility. Two staff were all kind n gentle for this. Room service is world classs. Food order at 2 am was served with smile n super taste. Rate and charging are reasonable. Never feel like leaving. Resto by river is unbelievable People , team make it so natural and sweet. Thanks a ton. No other place in the world can match it. Thx team. Kudos Shruti. Warm regards. You all are blessing. we miss, Silky misses the most..

Superb hotel with spacious rooms- clean, comfortable warming welcome by the great staff in duty. Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in mangalore after I left to UK 18 years ago without the heed of hotel. Adyaar plaza is one of the greatest choice Nice restaurants and public transportation to get to the heart of the city which is vibrant. Breakfast at Annapurna was excellent and room door service by Raju was great. Raju is extremely hardworking and well attendee Reception staffs are great and knowledgeable that takes you through the checkout procedure waiver as before. I have been given all the information during my stay to visit all places around mangalore. Cleaners were attentive and details are magnificent. Water running all time and hit when needed, the hot water works excellently There was no problems in getting any help. The internet is fast and accessible in all the rooms. The room sizes are magnificent and large with larger beds. The water bottle is eco friendly, clean and tasty and it was a great compliment unlike any other hotels. Everything is available at the rooms and TV is fantastic that displays all channel. The location is memorable and marvellous and windows are great in rooms. Bathrooms are location The checkout procedure are great Lifts are spacious and safer to use. I can definitely recommend the rooms to all my friends from England. The manager is friendly and Intelligent Highly Recommend UK

pros: everything was good about the room and staff were very polite and humble, breakfast also was fine location also was good as it was in the prime location of city price of the room was also reasonable cons :
we actually early checked in and it costed 1050. I mean it's half of the price of the stay just for 3 hours early hours. There was no kettle or anything for making your own warm water ( you can still ask the front desk for hot water )

it could be better if focused on room's amenities

The staff is smiley and polite always ready to give you information. You can easily get cabs or rickshaw for your visits. A few good veg restaurant not far from the hotel. The price is very correct.

訪訪客Location was perfect. Hotel is located quite conveniently next to the city train station. We availed breakfast at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious but the quantity was limited unfortunately. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the ac unit worked flawlessly to keep the room nice and cool. On the flip side, the accessibility for seniors or people with leg or knee problems left a lot to be desired. The few flights of stairs have no hand rails and the entire entrance was slippery due to rain. This is a big safety hazard. The hotel neighborhood has a lot of active construction going on which made it very noisy in the day time. The tv was non functional and while we requested assistance it took a long time for the staff to come and take a look. Finally, the lobby raked off cigarette smoke throughout the day. While the room itself was free from the smell of tobacco this left me with a severe headache. Overall this contributed to an average experience.

Booked 5 N package from 22nd Oct for family trip. 3N is suite room and 2N in presidential suite. For family of 4 like ours Suite room shld be apt. Moti mahal property is a bit old and hence slight room and plumbing issues due to which I cld not give 5 star. Negatives end here and the positive list continues 1) Accessible to all places near hampankatta. 2) Excellent reception staff, wld like to mention Roy and Anshul who were always ready to help,guide and resolve any issue highlighted,made our stay special. 3) Housekeeping team is full of simple staff, doing their job sincerely 4) They have veg,non veg and Thai restaurant if you want to dine in the hotel lots of delicious options to choose from. 5) Breakfast buffet is a decent spread, every day the spread changes and all dishes are delicious 6) All in all excellent place to stay when in namma Mangaluru, Left with fond memories, will definitely visit again.
