The place itself is nice. They tried to provide excellent service until we got Food Poisoning. The night staff was helpful and they got the doctor (Dr. Vikram Shetty) to come in the middle of the night, and he is amazing. He saw us the next day at the hospital to run tests and IV and called us many times to ensure our safety. In the morning the GM was very bad. He totally denied their responsibility, even though we only ate and drank at the hotel and pinpointed a specific drink, after which the nightmare started. So, with a high fever, after a sleepless night in the bathroom, definitely wanted to be treated differently. Other than that, the hotel and service by regular staff was great. If you are concerned about the noise, don't stay on the riverside, despite the wonderful views, including crocodiles and birds due to noise from kitchen fan, especially at night. If you are used to different noises, then enjoy the view.

The entire staff of The AURUM is unbelievable. Me and my wife are so humbled by their hospitality. Always ready to serve your needs, whatever it may be. What is so more surprising, was The Aurum MD, Mr. Srivatsya, spend the entire evening with us. Taking us to a nearby river(hotel ground), sat with us, had TEA with us and was so down to earth in entertaining us. The staff even gave a surprise birthday party for me and my wife, Very humbled and touch with their gesture.(photo attached) The entire staff were so down to earth in serving us. It's MD is a role model for it's staff. We have travel all over India, these experience is extraordinary. Thank you "THE AURUM"

Overpriced for the room, stain in commode, windows wirh stains, blinking lights which cannot be fixed..cold chutney, south indjan veg food not good, management not receptive

Hotel itself was very clean, welcoming staff and nice entrance Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day . would definitely visit again !!

My wife and I had pleasant stay in hotel Arurum with a river view. Very peaceful environment with fresh air surrounded by greeneries. There is also small Shiva temple walking distance away. We would like to mention a few names we have encountered and serve us well. they are staffs of Awreate Rest and others including counter and souvenir shop who made us feel like at home Thanking You, The names in no particular order, Bnodini, Hanshita, Rajshree, Siliya, Soumya, Alok, Hariram and Priya and all those I left out, my apology. Keep up the good spirits everyone . I almost forgot to mention the plus point of this hotel or the star of this hotel are the crocodiles in the river. Take Care and God Bless All Mr Mrs. Segar De Boss
