茶花別墅(Villa Camellia)

We booked to stay for 3 nights but checked out after just 1 night. The only positive is that I requested and received a refund for the 2 remaining nights. The main reason for leaving early was the awful noise disturbance from other guests and the road which is directly in front of the property. The walls of the rooms are so thin you could hear people opening drink cans but then guests who'd arrived together but had different rooms were still up at 2.30am talking loudly in the corridor outside the rooms, banging doors, had the television on really loud and then smoking outside our room. 3 times we asked them to please be quiet to no avail. I went to Reception to speak to them but there was noone there. Then from about 5 am the noise from the road traffic starts, really loud and continuous. There was nothing relaxing about the stay. The rooms could really do with some maintenance too as they look very tired. The bathroom was very small so when you had a shower water went everywhere, all over the toilet, the whole of the floor. The one lovely aspect was the pool but we didn't get chance to use it as you can't stay in a place just for the pool. Be aware that the property is quite a distance from the main parts of Da Lat too.
