Even if you wanna throw some money, you shouldn't stay here. It is better to give money to poor people. Photoes are so different. My kids felt scared and cried as soon as we arrived and saw this place(they shouldn't earn even 1 dollar renting this house) In the reception, the house woman didn't know if we made a reservation or not. She seems to be rude and angry. I made 2 nights booking including breakfast through trip.com(even the customer sevice staff of trip.com confirmed the truth). But the owner emphatically denied our booking. I couldn't sleep in the horrible house(dirty carpet ,bedding and towel, broken furniture, ribbed curtains, terrible toilet.....even trash remaining)because l also felt quite afraid of the house condition. And there were no other customers. I really start leaving messages to my parents and friends about the situation because l feel die at that night. This horrible house and the grumpy woman spoiled our good memory and travel in Vietnam. She stole our money for 2 nights( we just left the house in the morning after the first night) I hope other travelers never become damaged booking the house in ruins. And truly the owner realizes how mush she was bad and wrong. She is like a robbery. Unbelievable. We were sad and just left Da Lat right at the day.

The hotel listing was fraudulent. It was nothing like what was stated and the owner was openly hostile to us. Yelled insults at my wife for requesting a room change that matched our reservation. Don't ruin your vacation, stay elsewhere.

The room is nice and clean, it has a cool garden, peaceful space and a cafe nearby. IF you want a quiet place where you can chill and also not far from the centre, you should stay here. Very Western and the staffs around are very nice. I love the sandwich from the cafe.
