Good hotel under budget can stay longer time. Staff was good and helpful. Check in process was slow but it's ok

The breakfast options were very limited. No bread and other food normally found in hotels which offer breakfast. The A/C in the room was so noisy that we had to put of off. Then the room became stuffy and it was difficult to sleep. The fridge also very noisy. Overall seems to a dated setup with old appliances and very little maintenance. Very bad experience.

Hallways outside rooms were littered with uncollected room trash/trash receptacles directly outside entrance to room hallways were overflowing with trash/elevator became non-working halfway through my stay. Thankfully, it was easier to drag my luggage DOWN the stairs than UP on check-out day.

This was my property to go to when in town. I will take a second look next time. The Ice machine isn’t he freezer is soooo slow to make ice and there is no ice machines in the building. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors side to side and above you. Cheerleaders were in the some rooms. Above us was heavy footed. Breakfast was like going to a school breakfast. Food under cooked and slow to get refilled on a Sunday. The only thing was nice was the remodeled bathrooms. Shower had no pressure though. More pressure out of the sink then the shower.

I was not happy with this stay, enough to write my first negative review ever. First off, they put me a room that had inferior air conditioning as they were in the process of fixing it in my building and admitted that they had plenty of other rooms where the A/C was working fine. Why they put me in this room without explaining why they were doing this I have no idea. Then when I called down to the front desk to see what why my room was not cooling off, I was told about the fact that some rooms were being worked on. I asked did I then have to “deal with it”, I was told that she did not like the term “deal with it”. Long story short, I finally switched to an air conditioned room, but had to come to the front desk to switch out room keys - unbelievable. Do NOT stay here, it has gone downhill.

Booked because had a wonderful rating at a decent price. I definitely would never stay here again. Workers were very nice and helpful but that’s the only good thing to say. First room smelled so strongly of cigarettes. Second room a/c had to be fixed because it was 86 degrees in the room. My toilet didn’t flush and I had to wait until the following day for them to fix it. Yes you read that right. Previous guest had flushed all kinds of objects. Not sure how people can be so terrible. Housekeeping should have known about both of these issues. Make sure you take some hand soap because there was none, only shampoo, conditioner and shower gel inside shower. Just a very dated place with needed updating and housekeeping training.

Did not like my stay and will not go back. The room was ill equipped. There were lack of towels , no soap in bathroom. Poor room lightening.

TV was not working, call the main office and they sent maintance but weren’t able to fix it.. and could not move to another room. I did not feel appreciate it. And I did pay for all The hotel services . Very disappointed.
