I love this hotel so much! Nice staff, great location, swimming pool and enough breakfast! We had great time and chill... We'd like to stay again before we go to airport.

Great service! Rooms very spacious and packed with everything you need for your stay, including a counter top stove and fridge! Its also very close to the airport. I recommended this place and would stay here again.

Overall a good experience.

This is our second stay at Element Los Colinas. First time we were on the 3rd floor and there was a terrible smell like something had flooded. We were graciously moved to another floor and it was fine. Second time our air conditioning was not up to par and we moved to another room. HOWEVER, we will be coming back to this hotel whenever we are in this area because the staff is amazing, friendly, and works quickly and joyfully to solve the issues. The Hotel is extremely clean and relaxing. Beds were clean and very comfortable. Rooms spacious, quiet, and modern. Breakfast is usual hotel fare, but lots of options and the dining area is delightful.

The first room we were in the TV didn't work, however, they did move us to a different room the next day. The room that we ended up in was ok but it was in need of some repairs. We did mention this to the front desk and the lady told us that they were in the process of renovating. Overall we were very happy with the stay and would stay there again.

Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Die Interstate welche direkt vor dem Hotel liegt ist stets laut zu hören. Bei lauten Nachbarn kann man jedes Wort mithören. Ansonsten war es halbwegs in Ordnung.

Let’s start by saying this might be an outliner but the experience was bad. I sent my wife and granddaughter to visit son who was in town for a convention. Trip was for 5 days. They checked in and upon heading to the room encountered some people on floor that made them feel uncomfortable Past that the room was dirty and the sheets and bedspread has stains on them. Wife tried talking to the night front desk person who said you paid for 5 days nothing I can/will do for you. But really didn’t give her the time of day cause he was concerned with other things like chatting with others. I then called him a d he told me same thing and transferred me hastily to corporate Marriott. Which I was put on hold while they called the property and then was hung up on. I told my wife to leave and downs way more money somewhere else cause of last minute change. Next morning I called the hotel and spoke to Judy at the front desk. SHE IS AMAZING!!! She helped me get my money back minus 1 day which I agreed upon even though she didn’t stay at all. I got the remaining money back. Couple days later found out that they never actually checked her out and charged us a flat rate of 100.00 per day for the remaining 4 days. I called spoke to another manager who fixed it and refunded the $400.00. Overall some good people done bad people and our experience at the hotel was a place would never stay at.
