We define "party" as (a) any gathering at the house of more than 8 adults without our prior consent or (b) any celebration that, between 9 p.m. thru 9 a.m. exceeds volumes of (i) 30 decibels outdoors and (ii) 70 decibels indoors. We use NoiseAware sensors, which do not register or record audio of any kind, but simply measure decibel levels.CHILDREN. Children must be supervised any time they are in the back yard (because of the stairs and swim spa) and the front yard (because of the steep driveway).MISCELLANEOUS. Please keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is on.SWIM SPA. The swim spa is approximately 6' x 12' in size and has jets that allow guests to swim in place. Alternatively, the swim spa can heat to 104 degrees to be used as a hot tub.
