The receptionist does not know whether the room has a bathtub or not so we switched rooms a few times. The person preparing breakfast gave us the stink eye every time we got up a serving of whatever. Overall the service was crappy. Facilities was decent.

Check in process was quick and minimal fuss. Same with check out, deposit instantly returned. Decent gym and pool. Spacious apartment. House keeping on call everyday if required. Personal highlight was breakfast all you can eat buffet. Close enough to main places but may need to use ubers/lyfts. Overall very good experience and would return.

Sleepless Nights at the Home2 Suites in East Dalla The hotel is new but you can hear the occupants in the room above you walking. We thought the room above us was under construction. Also, you can hear people in the hall as if they were in the room with you. We could barely hear the occupants in the rooms beside us. This was the worse 2 nights of no sleep because of the thin celings and floor structure. I have never been in Hilton and not been able to sleep due to the noise. It was not the guest above us, it simply is the building structure. We need to go home now and get some sleep.

Our vehicle was broken into. They were trying to steal the vehicle but must of gotten disrupted bc the screwdriver was on the floor board under the steering column. All though the entire parking lot is full of cameras this still happened.

The room & pool were clean, parking was easy, and staff were very polite and helpful. Price was reasonable as well.

Parking lot was very well lit at night and the staff very friendly. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was fine.
