Make this spacious, beautifully furnished 5-bedroom home yours to relax with family and friends in a peaceful and safe neighborhood! Situated in North Dallas, this lovely home is close to Downtown, Deep Ellum, Arboretum, and all the entertainment, attractions, and nightlife the City has to offer. Find your place to eat in the great restaurants and bars of nearby Addison. Take your kids to the park around the corner and beat the summer heat in the private pool and the cute backyard! We renovated, upgraded and furnished this 2,500 sqf lovely home to make it a year round comfortable, spacious and enjoyable place for our guests. The kitchen is fully appointed with all appliances including stove, oven, coffee maker, refridgerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Bright masterbedroom has king bed, ensuite bathroom and access to terrace. Three other bedrooms provide queen beds. The open family room with access to the terrace gives the choice for using the extendable twin daybed with one or two twin mattresses. Extra sleeping space with a queen air mattress available for use on demand as well. In two bedrooms you´ll find desks for your home office. Spacious living room with access to terrace is furnished with comfy sofa, loveseat and two recliners under a fancy ventilator. Samsung smart HDTVs are located in living room, master bedroom and family room. Pack´n play, high chair, toys for families with kids. Private fenced in backyard with furnished terrace. Terrace has a child safety fence with lockable gate to protect children to not enter the pool area unattended. Non-heated pool of 25,000 gallons size with depth range of app. 4 to 9 feet. Free high-speed WiFi, free street parking and keyless entry. No parties allowed! We love our neighbors and they know our number! Family trip to visit friends Keycode didn't work. Had to wait 30 minutes for a new code. When we got in, the thermostat was set on 80 so it took all afternoon and night to cool down to a tolerable temp. House was clean, pool was not, but it had stormed the day before we arrived and it was mostly leaves in the pool. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. Overall nice place for our family of 7 to stay. Quiet area near stores to get what you need.

Bachelorette Trip Mrs. Barbara was quick to respond and was so willing to help in anyway possible. The house was immaculate!!! The neighborhood was literally a place I would 100% raise my kids and I promise that says a lot! Not only was the neighborhood ADORABLE, We didnt have to drive more than 20 minutes for a great time! The house is VERY well stocked and fit 8 adults super comfortably, and could have fit more. The only suggestion I have is to invest in another AC unit. The house definitely does not keep up during the day.
