Getting Around: Scooter and bike shares are easily accessed from this home, and public transport stations are nearby. There is reserved parking available for guest and street parking for visitors. Ride shares are affordable from this area due to its central location. Other Things to Note: Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 21 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Security camera/recording device — exterior of the home/apartment only and records people coming in/out of the listing and safety. TRUST AND SAFETY: The Waivo Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $3,000 of accidental coverage for contents and property damage. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date.
