Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Security camera/recording device — exterior of the home/apartment only and records people coming in/out of the listing and safety.
