Pre-ordered some bubbles for the rooms for a special occasion. They weren’t in the room upon arrival, as expected. They had to be sent up, which was fine but took away some of the magic. Pre-arranged a late checkout (before arrival). Key stopped working at normal check out time, so we had to go to the front desk to get new keys just to get our bags so we could leave. Not a bad hotel, but communication and staff attention to detail could be better.
