Sonesta ES Suites Dallas Central Expressway

Well.....lets see....where do I start: If this is a 3 STAR place, then your water faucet must be Niagara Falls.The location is 3 STAR, but not the facility. The interior was heavily outdated. Old couch and it may have had some missing cushions. Hard to feel comfortable in that type of surrounding. It has been a long time since I have stayed in a place that only has analog TV. I have stayed in a Sonesta before but not the ES kind. Was totally different. Did not bother to even try the breakfast. If I was traveling with family, I would have looked for a better place immediately. The $92 price tag should have been a red flag.

Starting with the staff, not able to help with the check in and also extremely rude. The room was ok with the exception of the toilet that was EXTREMELY dirty. So disgusting, also I requested room service to change the sheets of the bed and they offer me new sheets for me to change them. At least they didn’t offer me to clean the toilet to! One of my worst experience at a hotel.

Wasn't a bad stay, the room was fairly clean, the staff was helpful, but the area and the neighborhood is far from idea, kept worrying about how safe my car was, there were quite a few flying insects in my room. Obviously from right outside my door where there were a lot of them. But, there is a shopping center right across the street with a Tom Thumb and CVS. Along with some small restaurants. So it wasn't a bad stay. But it was far from great,

A lot of people loitering in the parking lot and around the building. Saw a couple smoking from a pipe in a truck next to the building. Checkout is at 11am but room service banged on the door at 830am to ask if they could clean the room. So much for sleeping in after working all night. Why clean the room and we are still in it?? Won’t stay here again.

El estado general es deporable, hay cucrachas es viejo sucio si puertas en el closet los baños no tinen limpieza no pude quwedarme el ese hotel habia unas personas en un caro en el parqueo en estado etilico con fuerte olor, no es un sitio seguro, es un hotel pelifroso NO PUEDE QUDARME EN ESTE HOTEL Me ofrecieron devolverme el dinero que habia pagado

The carpet was worn out, stained and smelled - it was long overdue to be replaced. This location is located next to an interstate and I have stayed in other hotels located next to interestates, however, this hotel is extremely noisy. Very unhappy with this hotel - glad we only had to stay one night.

Excellent stay, clean room. Lovely staff; very attentive. The only drawback was that the kitchen in the room was not well stocked w kitchen items but I was very pleased with the stay otherwise.

I did like that they had a pool and that the scenery from the outside was really nice. However, the room carpets were really sticky, and the room beds had roaches. Then we asked for extra blankets and it had a blood stain and a burnt hole in it. That was pretty disgusting, will not be staying here again.

I saw at least 6 cockroaches in my suite. Grossed me out and made me worry they might get into my luggage and get brought home with me. :(
