達拉斯普萊諾大道普雷斯頓路萬怡酒店(Courtyard Dallas Plano Parkway at Preston Road)

The room was remodeled and very nice. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My room was not cleaned and coffee supplies restocked for my 2nd night stay. I had to go to the front desk for them. There was only one package of regular coffee. Luckily I had a cup to drink out of. I guess my room was just overlooked.

We were advised about construction. Had to change rooms due to noise. No water at all one afternoon. Front entrance closed to parking. No pool. Rooms clean but need updating. Bathroom fan not working. Etc. No comp breakfast. And full price? Not.

Hotel entrance hard to find, under construction. Front desk was unhelpful till I asked about specific things. Generally poor customer service, not planning to go back to this hotel.

This hotel is in desperate need of remodeling. Even the parking lot was bad. The elevator broke while we were there. Not even a microwave in the room and the mini frig froze anything u could barely fit in it. I would never recommend this place. Very disappointing. Front desk staff also rude.

The gorgeous picture representing this property has nothing to do with the actual property. It is under extensive renovation. Somehow they forgot to mention that when booking the room.

Newly remodeled rooms. Very nice. They are still working on the exterior, but didn’t interfere with our stay.

I was not notified that the hotel is under an exterior renovation, and it does not look well outside.

PROPERTY UNDER EXTENSIVE RENOVATION! STAY AWAY!

The room was small but had everything we needed, including the comfortable king-sized bed. It was quiet and easy to get in and out of the parking lot.
