達拉斯萬麗酒店(Renaissance Dallas Hotel)

깨끗하나 뭔가 아쉽..

This hotel is designed poorly and is overall inconvenient. To get to the pool and gym area you must walk up dusty metal stairs. I saw other guests that had difficulty getting out of the limited parking garage - the card the hotel provides doesn't work all the time. Staff were rude and not willing to help after i told them about the predicament. Avoid this hotel that is overpriced for such limited services and outdated design.

the transportation arrangements to bring clients to the Dallas expo was incredible. Thank you. It make our trip so easy to get around, specially because my husband had an injury on his feet. Thank you

We were there for a conference and the stay and conference went very well. My only concern was the other event taking place at the same time. I felt bad for the couples ceremony and having onlookers from the other event wanting to view a private event.

This is a very nice property, but I thought the service was poor in both the restaurant and the desk. For example, we wanted to switch from a regular room to a suite but the desk personnel said we had to call or do it online--they could do nothing.

Rooms were small and very bare . Small windows . One restaurant only and the service was terrible . There was hardly any staff around . We waited two hours for our dinner to be served .

It was nice and the room was clean. The hot tub on top was pretty dirty. At about 10:30pm the fire alarm was going off for about 30 minutes and then they told everyone it was an accident. The wall as were paper thin so next door to us there was a party going on and we couldn’t sleep until they quieted down around 1am. Overall the hotel is nice but those two factors made our stay pretty bad

We love to stay here when we shop at Dallas Market. It is so handy and we can walk. I feel very safe with the gated covered parking. Love the on site restaurant. Great food and wait staff is awesome.

restaurant was not as great this year as last year during event. make sure you secure your door afyer 1030am as the maid did not knock or announce yet opened door even with TV clearly on.
