My Goodness-where to start. Positives, quick checkin no problem. Now, let’s talk shop. After checking in we asked for additional pillows, were told IF they had any left, literally handed us 2 pillows without cases that had strings hanging from them (use your imagination how they looked.). We went to room, had mold on ceiling in bathroom, and water dripping into light socket from said ceiling. Mold smell was horrendous. When approaching desk to report H20 and mold, another renter quickly approached and said another persons items were in her room!! The back door to the hotel was broken into and would not close which made it accessible to the homeless under the bridge to come and go. While not the best decisions we made to stay the night, another person or persons tried to get into our room. Just be aware of what you’re renting for the night. NOT SAFE!
