Itvwancs but noisey with all the people hanging out all night in parking lot but the room was clean bed comfy

The stay was real quiet I was able to get some rest the service was wonderful the housekeeper was very professional and she had excellent customer service care I would recommend this hotel to my coworkers family and friends any day I would make a few more stays as well

Do not stay here. The staff is ridiculous. When I arrived. The front desk told me they checked me into a smoking room. I asked if i could have a non smoking room because i didnt smoke. He argued with me saying no because I would be charged with $150. I asked why? He said because I would be smoking in that room. Once again I told him I did not smoke and I want a room where it doesnt smell like smoke. He still gave me the smoking room. The room itself looked like it had not been cleaned. The only light that worked was in the bathroom. The bathroom door had been broken into. The area around the hotel is scary. Do not stay here.

Room was dirty bathroom was dirty toilet seat was broken roaches stained towels a/c did not properly work booked room for two days left the next day terrible place will never book again no refund for leaving early

The main thing was that the blanket had a nasty wet spot on it. They let us change rooms cause housekeeping wasn't here to give us new bedding. The next 2 rooms also had stained blankets. So we just took the less stained one. Threw the blanket on the floor and slept with just sheets.

Room was TERRIBLE! It was like jumanji in there! The amount of bugs (dead and alive) was disgusting! It was 30 degrees last night and the heater wasn’t working! There’s no phone in the room! The floor was FILTHY!

Floors and bathroom were dirty. Wife had to clean toilet with Clorox wipes we had brought with us. Beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in. There was only one towel, wash cloth and rag in the room and we had to go get more from housekeeping both days. Hotel was in a convenient location and A/C worked well.

Bugs everywhere. Blood stains on bedding. Smells greasy floors
