When you look up a hotel with a majority of what you look for is nonsmoking and you sign a legal document stating you will not smoke on said nonsmoking property then management should uphold that for all of their guests and not just charge a $75 deposit fee. If one smokes what ever they smoke they should go outside or choose an establishment/hotel that allows it out of respect as well as the hotel shouldn’t be turning a blind eye to be able to stay linked in with the travel sites that make them so much money.

I got in at almost 11pm, I was only here for an event that was two full days, so I didn’t ask for anyone to fix the items I’m about to list. The bathroom was dirty. I had my own cleaning supplies, so I cleaned the toilet and sink, only to realize there was long hair on the floor. Ugh. One of the “clean” towels has a ball of hair stuck to it. The sink in the bathroom was not draining, so the sink was gross after the first use. The breakfast was okay. No problems there. Guys at the front desk helped when needed. Ride to the airport was fine. The app won’t let me upload the video or pictures.

Very clean.and comfortable. Staff were professional and business-like. Could use some facility touch up but overall in good condition. Breakfast leaves something to be desired. In room Kcups were not good.

The room had the last person’s trash in it. There was an empty soap wrapper in the shower so not sure if the shower was cleaned. The bed was very uncomfortable. The chairs in the dining area are in bad shape. They advertise shuttle to and from airport but be advised you cannot park your vehicle there. They do not tell you that until you check in.

Enjoyed my stay! Excellent breakfast. Very clean and quiet. Convenient for my activities. Staffnare knowledgeable, helpful, kind and caring. I will be happy to return.
