Amazing stay at The Crescent!

I was traveling for work, and I thought it might be nice to take my wife to an expensive resort hotel. For a nice romantic weekend getaway. The value wasnt there. I was expecting more for $500 a night, plus $190 in resort fees. WHERE WAS THE RESORT? The bar didn't have the alcohol I wanted for a drink. The hotel was hard to navigate around, parking is difficult and expensive. I have stayed at better hotels for less money.

Our stay at The Crescent Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality from the staff truly set this hotel apart. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and welcoming, but a special thank-you must go to Manny, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Manny took extra care to ensure our room was absolutely perfect and made sure our check-in process was smooth, seamless, and memorable. His attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and genuine desire to make us feel welcomed did not go unnoticed. The room itself was immaculate, beautifully prepared, and exceeded our expectations in every way. You can truly feel the pride the staff takes in delivering a top-tier guest experience. The Crescent Hotel is a class-act property with an incredible team behind it. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service in Dallas, this is the place. We cannot wait to return. — Highly recommend!

The hotel decided to do kitchen renovations from 11pm until 1:30 am on a Monday evening. Cutting tile, hammering, dropping things. The noise was incessant. The hotel was beautiful. It would have been nice to be able to sleep there. Our room also never got below 73 degrees, which also made it difficult to sleep. The staff was friendly and understanding, but it wasn’t a good experience.

Rafael at the front was excellent in providing us a wonder birthday experience. The hotel was in a fun vibe area that was walkable with lots of great restaurants and bars. They even had a surprise cheesecake piece for my birthday in the room waiting. Thanks Rafael - your the best.

We live in Austin and have stayed at Crescent Court several times on trips to Dallas, sometimes for company meeting and sometimes just for fun. the most recent in August 2025- not sure I’ll be back. We’ve always enjoyed the hotel, but this time the PM C MC C

Unfortunately bar service needs to step up their game. Very slow & limited staffing was not the issue. Just plain sub -standard service for an upscale hotel.

From the moment we arrived the safe was welcoming and courteous. Check-in was effortless in their room was gorgeous. The whole property in itself is beautiful. Will definitely be staying again.

The hotel was very lovely. Would recommend highly this hotel for events held at the AA Center as it was only a five minute walk and the area was safe to walk alone even later in the evening.
