達拉斯市區希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas)

호텔 침구등 청소상태 좋았습니다. 조금 낡은 건물느낌은 있었지만 전반적으로 깨끗했고 침구에서 냄새안나고 좋았어요^밤 미국은 어딜가나 위험한데 공연장에서 조금 멀어서 우버타고 이동해서 쬐금 아쉬웠지만 좋았던 여행으로 기억될 것 같아요^^

The room's bedding is weak and thin. Terrible thin pillows, no structure. The biggest beef I have is with the valet. I, amongst many others, waited 40 minutes and never got my car. I ended up having to walk to my meeting instead. I text for my car, no response "try again later", text again in 10 minutes, nothing. The one person who was supposed to be getting cars I saw one time in 40 minutes. What?! What was he doing? He was on his phone a bunch when I saw him and ignoring his station and people. He actually left his phone in one of the cars he delivered, the only one he got for someone in this time period. Spoke to the front desk twice and nobody jumped in to help. No action. I don't want your discount on valet, I want my car in a reasonable time and everyone was upset about it.

While no one was outright rude, staff at the front desk during check-in were not up to standard, but unfortunately was not the worst part. Stepping into the room, it smelled damp and stinky like bathroom water -- the stench was coming from the bathroom and it remained that way during the entire stay. Shower soaps were also dwindling and had to call down for more. After a long day of travel, I got into bed to find that there was no sheet in between the very .. not clean looking hotel top cover. Checked the other bed, which was also missing sheets. Had to call down late at night, when someone thankfully came to bring them up. Would not stay here again..

The bed was hard. The pillows were horrible! They flattened down to nothing. The floor was dirty. We had no bath rags the whole time we’re were there. And I thought I would never say that the water was too hot, but it was.

Did not have our room. They were overbooked and had to give us someone else’s room. They blamed it on *******. The electricity flipped a breaker switch. That’s when we left and stayed at a different hotel in the middle of the night. I will not use ******* again.

Everything was great except for the Valet Service. I saw an employee drive my truck at high speed then slam on the breaks in front of the hotel, my truck had two large dents on each side of the vehicle and when I left the hotel, the 4x4 was turned on and I didn't notice until I was getting on the highway and noticed my truck felt different. I pulled over to check what the problem could be that's when I noticed the valet parking employee had turned on the 4x4.

Honestly this is a great hotel but ******* is using misleading advertising. We booked the Junior King Suite. It is ONE room and does not have a separate living space with table as shown. The great employee at check in said that is a photo of the King Suite, not the junior king suite. Hilton’s site shows the correct photos. I contacted ******* and they were unwilling to correct the error. The front desk reported this is a common problem with their ******* listing and they would have placed us in the room pictured if they could to make up for it but they are fully booked tonight. We would never have booked this room because we were specifically looking for a separate room.
