羅德威旅館(Rodeway Inn)

I stayed here previously for a week a year and a half ago and while it was not a great place it was atleast a tolerable budget option. After I checked in I discovered that since last time they har removed the microwave and mini fridge from the rooms. They also removed the ice machine and turned the access door halfway down and at the end of the building into fire doors so the only access was the front entrance and I literally had to walk past 63 other rooms to get to my room. The 2nd day(a Saturday) I came back to find 2 bed frames from another room in the courtyard and the nasty mattresses along with all the furniture in the hallway I had to walk down. I would not recommend this place to anyone and if this was the only hotel available I would rather sleep in my car

I am a pastor of a local church who finds himself helping people with their housing on a regular basis. Due to some confusion about the occupancy restrictions of a room our church had purchased for one such family, they were asked to leave. There will still two paid night, and the hotel manager refused to refund us. He also hung up on me. This is unacceptable, and if any other churches or ministries read this, I would recommend finding other accommodations.

For my disappointing the hotel charged me 100 usd fee for my dog...double than the room....not even coffee..to me this is not a pets friendly, to me it is an abuse of the circumstances at 1000 pm and after driving 12 hrs....i will not recommend this place ever..

It was trashy and comforter on bed trash behind beds and every moving furniture in the room. No toilet paper in the bathroom .I reported to front desk and was only ask to come down from room 225 to pick one myself at 3 am . I did not have even 1 toilet roll to start with in this horrible place. I was made to sign a paper that says i cannot refuse my room or ask for refund . Carpet was not cleaned, vents were horribly dirty with dust on every furniture in the room . I am asking for my refund. I used mask through my stay in that room 225. The front desk person came in to see but did nothing about my complaints.

The worst stay ever!!!! Called before I made it to see what’s the latest I could check in she was rude and told me anytime that day. When we arrived the credit card machine didn’t work so we had to leave to go get cash this was a little before 6pm. The family reunion started at 6 so we had to go get some cash then come back to check in and leave never went to the room til we got back like 9:30. When we got there the A/C says 61 degrees but the room was feeling like 80-90 degrees. Reported to the staff then I went to Walmart my boyfriend stayed on my way back I asked him if anyone came he said no. So I stop at the front desk to tell them no one came. The staff was rude claims the maintenance went upstairs. My boyfriend was there the whole time and no one ever showed up. Had to call back after shift change to get another room. The shelf was broken nothing but sheets on the bed. The other room was cold but the sink was broken soon as I try to turn it on it handle came off found food behind the bed just the worst of the worst.

Was easy too find. Didnt seem too have much staff maybe that was reason for the horrible service and unsanitary filthy conditions.

The front desk was not friendly at all. The bathroom had cockroaches and when mentioned to the front desk they seemed non caring. One of the washers offered at this property (that I loaded with clothes and soap & my money) was broken with no notice on it. Told me to get my $$ back I'd have to contact a contractor. Don't go here!

The lady at the front desk was never around , constantly called this place of business no service .

The experience was the worst the hotel is run down bugs and sheets has burn holes and stains
