德克薩斯達拉斯中央高速公路北園區希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Dallas-Central Expy/ North Park Area)

Hotel bonito, nuevo pero lastima del servicio de la gente que trabaja ahí y de las políticas del hotel. No nos hicieron el cuarto aun cuando o solicitamos en recepción. No te daban toallas, si pedias mas o querías que te las cambiaran tenias que bajar a recepción por ellas. La señora del restaurante estaba siempre enojada y te hablaba con una actitud muy a la defensiva y d mal gana. La gente de recepción una que se llama carolina con mal servicio y falta de información para realizar su trabajo correctamente. Me cobraron el hotel aun ya estando pagado por hoteles, estoy en espera de mi reembolso desde hace semana y media. La verdad no recomiendo este hotel para qued****. Lastima por que esta nuevo y se ve muy bien pero al atención y el servicio es pésimo.

We booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool and breakfast. Check in and the pool is out of service and there wasn’t any breakfast served. We also found old blood on the sheets.

Check in and out was quick and easy; Joshua at the front desk was amazing. Loved the spacious room and everything was clean. Location was good and parking was free.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Only complaint was that we booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and it was broken and had been for some time apparently. It was not stated anywhere on the website during booking.

We were assigned a room where the air did no work. After they check why, we were assigned to another room. The staff wasn’t very cordial, but might have been a bad day for them. The room that we stayed after being reassigned, was great.

No towels in room, would not deliver towels to room because housekeeping was closed. Coffee maker in room but no coffee or cups, and again would not resolve. Had restaurant charges on bill that were not ours. Our room # was 307, the bill and computer said we were in room #509. Personnel was either unable or unwilling to resolve any of the issues.

This hotel is perfectly reasonable for the price. Plenty of room and very clean. Everything seemed fairly new. My only knock on it would be the walls were quite thin and I was roomed next to some incredibly loud people.

We stayed 2 nights. The beds were excellent. So glad there is an indoor pool too. The emoyees are super friendly and helpful.
