The room smelled the moment I walked in. Hot water in the shower was lukewarm. Good thing it was just for one night and was by myself. The only good thing were the ladies at the front desk and it was in a semi-convenient location.

Quiet and central location to a lot of things, also right by the highway.

Nice for the price. Great location. Food and entertainment are very close by. Not to mention public transportation.

Great location really quiet cozy

Laundry room was not working, no lightbulbs in the lamps by the bed, floor was greasy and we had to buy a Swiffer mop to clean the floor. Severe cigarette smoke smell, noisy fight outside our door one night. the wi-fi was a joke and only five stations came in and even that was glitchy on occasion. The bedding was dingy and full of cigarette burn holes. The only bright spot about staying there was the cold air conditioning.

This property is very rundown and in very poor condition. They provide nothing in the kitchenette except a small microwave and fridge, no dishes, silverware etc. Their website does let you know that you need to bring your own if you plan to cook anything. The light fixture next to the bed did not work at all. I let the front desk know and she said she would put in a work order. I only stayed one night and it wasn't repaired during my stay. The staff were friendly. I don't recommend this place until they do a renovation.

The room was filthy food splattered on walls hair on window appliances were rusted out bath tub had black mold and smoke detector had been ripped off wall violation of fire code. We complained immediately to hotel they refused to do anything we gave back our keys never stayed in room called ********** immediately and your company did nothing. Overall terrible experience with hotel and hotel.com

EVERYTHING GREAT EXCEPT DID HAVE A FEW SMALL ROACHES IN BATHROOM AREA & KITCHEN & ONE CRIKET ALSO ON THE FLOOR! JUST HOPE THEY SPRAY BETTER IN THE ROOMS HOPEFULLY SO NO MORE BUGS!!!!! OTHERWISE, IM ENJOYING MY ROOM & STAFF FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.... HAPPY HERE.....RON CAMPBELL
