湯普森達拉斯酒店(Thompson Dallas by Hyatt)

처음 들어보고 처음 묶어보는 호텔입니다 근데 알고 보니 하얏트에서 지은 호텔이더라구요 하얏트 명성 답게 특급호텔 답습니다

I was very pleased with our stay at the Thompson Hotel Dallas . I love that a Beautiful Classic Dallas mid century bank building has been repurposed as a hotel in the absolute center of the city . The room was well appointed with tub in front of a wall of slightly tinted glass , and walls of windows and great sheets on the bed , This hotel is also walking distance to many things including the recently renovated AT& T,center and Clive Warren Park . The staff, especially the parking attendants ,were polite , and the room cleaning service was exceptional .

The pool was great. The restaurants were top notch. Staff was friendly and helpful. Use of the house car was such an added treat. The only negative was that the breakfast room service started too late as well as coffee service for a downtown hotel in a big city. I would definitely stay at the Thompson again.

Check-in and check-out staff very rude. Don't care about guests. Event was going on, so they told me to park elsewhere or wait 30 minutes for their paid parking lot to open back up. No effort on their part to help get me parked and checked in quicker. For check out, normal time is 12. I asked for 1 because we were meeting friends to eat at the hotel restaurant. They said more guests checking in, so they can't accomodate an extra hour. Once again, no effort on their end. I only paid $600 for 1 night. Best advice: look elsewhere.

My only complaint is a personal one, the bed and pillows, while made up nicely and clean, were really poor in quality like structure, material and the bed we quite tough, not like a firm bed but the padding was really immovable

Excelente ubicacion, mucho ruido por las noches en los pasillos y en los cuartos de arriba. Limpieza de los cuartos puede mejorar muchisisismo

Right by the street races at night on the weekends so it’s super loud. Food was excellent. Rooms was great. Service could have been better.

I had a staycation done here and it was soo nice. Everything from the service to the food was 10/10

Beautiful property perfect for our girl’s weekend stay-cation! Only complaint was an odd odor in our room.
