we arrived at the hotel and walked in to a nice roome well decorated clean, no staff on site at all. Within 2 hours the electricity went out in the building. There was no communication about this at all for almost an hour, The room was not tolerable due to the 100+ degree weather, we left the hotel, because, it was too important to be up for our jobs in the morning to not know when the electricity would be on. Once I was home, there was finally communication via text, that stated the power should be on by the power company within 1.5 hours. I paid $140 + dollars to stay here for 3 hours. The Text person, said they could not refund our stay, because it was booked through your site. They offered a 50% off on next visit -but not sure I would visit again with these challenges. There were no other businesses in the are or homes without electricity, not sure what the issue was, but we should have been communicated with immediately and had some type of proactive offer to make this right,

The hotel experience was regrettably disappointing despite a seamless and efficient check-in process; once in the room, an immediate and persistent sewer-like odor created a distressing atmosphere, an issue that only worsened when the air conditioning reset itself in the middle of the night, leading to a stuffy, uncomfortable environment. Adding to the discomfort, the bed was uncomfortable and provided subpar pillows causing mornings to begin with stiffness and a yearning for home. While I am providing a three-star rating due to the competent check-in process, general cleanliness in other areas of the hotel, and availability of amenities, I sincerely hope the management addresses these concerns; otherwise, I advise potential guests to brace themselves for these discomforts or consider alternative accommodations.

The room was nicely decorated and the property is overall in a good location. The access gate into the secure parking area was either stuck or not functioning for my entire stay, which was frustrating both from a security perspective and for the (unplanned) inconvenience of having to find street parking, etc. I texted the concierge about it but the gate was not completely fixed. There is no staff on site. The property is fairly quiet and safe, and the only community amenities are a Keurig coffee bar and a pool. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Bishop Arts area. Good if you just need a place to sleep but not much else!

I liked that it was gated, quiet and instructions for getting in were easy to follow. Arriving and finding the gate was tricky, it was easy to Lyft to the bishop arts area and downtown. I would stay again.

Excellent accommodations! Thought we had a problem with the shower, but turned out we didn’t realize how to use it correctly. Manager quickly looked at it for us.

We enjoyed the Bishop Arts district. The neighborhood was vibrant, fun and the hotel was in a convenient location. However, the Wi-Fi NEVER worked and the TV does not work without it, so after a long day and nice dinner, we wanted to watch a movie and chill at the hotel but the terrible Wi-Fi prevented the TV from working. The bed was comfy, but the hotel room feels like a bare bones air B&B. The room was clean, and we felt safe, so it meets the bare necessities, but not much more. The morning we were checking out, I heard other tenants complaining about the lack of entertainment as well. Bring a book or listen to a podcast if you are planning on staying here. To top it off, I only got 1 bar of service in my room, so using data was even a problem.

Quiet clean room. Could use an ice maker on property. Staff was responsive and did change us to a different room at the last minute. Watch your head as the light fixture is low in the room.

A friend and I stayed here for a girls' weekend and we were very impressed with our stay. Everything was contactless, but they communicated very clearly via text. We stayed in the Bali room, which had beautiful decor and was fairly spacious. The shower in the bathroom was extremely nice and the toilet even had a heated seat. Both our room and the public areas were super clean. And the hotel is in a great location. It's close to the Bishop Arts district, which has a lot of cool shops and great restaurants. The only issue we had while staying there was the gate to the parking lot. One night it didn't work at all and we had to street park and one time when trying to enter we had issues with it not accepting the code. And I do want to caution others that there isn't a elevator. So if stairs are a problem for you, then make sure your room isn't on the second floor. But I would definitely stay here again!

First of all, my husband and I have been to many hotels and this one has been the quietest one we have ever visited. We did not hear a peep out of anyone. And no screaming kids. It was the best experience! When we come back to Dallas we are staying here again. Thank you for your hospitality.
