we arrived at the hotel and walked in to a nice roome well decorated clean, no staff on site at all.
Within 2 hours the electricity went out in the building. There was no communication about this at all for almost an hour, The room was not tolerable due to the 100+ degree weather, we left the hotel, because, it was too important to be up for our jobs in the morning to not know when the electricity would be on. Once I was home, there was finally communication via text, that stated the power should be on by the power company within 1.5 hours. I paid $140 + dollars to stay here for 3 hours. The Text person, said they could not refund our stay, because it was booked through your site. They offered a 50% off on next visit -but not sure I would visit again with these challenges. There were no other businesses in the are or homes without electricity, not sure what the issue was, but we should have been communicated with immediately and had some type of proactive offer to make this right,
