I swear if I could give this negative reviews I would. first of all the Karen that works in the morning shift I'm not sure who she is or whater problem is but she's got the worst customer service anybody I've ever heard. and whoever the manager is a bad or worse
No customer support no customer appreciation no customer anything . And if we get one of the hotels not that nice they have *********** taken out in the hallway it's not family friendly it's just the smell of ********* is everywhere tobacco is everywhere they are trash trash trash. To top it off the only relief one has from the belligerent and ignorant employees at working on the site are the people in Pakistan who don't care

This place is really really great. Family friendly and good for everyone even couples because the beds are huge, rooms are very big as well . Some have stoves and really big TV's! Also free breakfast in the mornings! Definitely recommend!

Preis zu hoch für so ein abgerocktes Hotel. Man sollte dem Personal mal beibringen wie man putzt. So ein Geschmiere auf den Oberflächen wie zB den Türen und den VA Oberflächen der Aufzugtüren habe ich in 32 Jahren USA- Reisen nicht gesehen.

房間很好，但不知道是否在裝修。

淋浴時沒有熱水。這麼大的房間空調不夠用，到凌晨四點還不冷，因為房間裡很熱我睡不著，然後就很難睡好，酒店要求我七點起床我去吃早餐，因為它在9 點關門（請不要偷懶，便宜的話至少要等到10:30）。我個人不推薦這家飯店，整體來說確實很漂亮，但非常令人失望。

Great customer service, Didnt like downstairs but clerk changed rooms with no problem the special request was not listed on our resevation at the hotel. Food was good.

My stay at the La Quinta at Fair Park has been very nice. From the customer service of the front desk, to the housekeeping staff. I would recommend this location to friends and family.
