Very clean and the stuff is so good the room is big

Estaba muy bien ubicado ,el servicio perfecto tal fue así q se me quedó extraviado un teléfono en mi habitación y ya me había ido y me llamaron para q regresara a recogerlo y yo no me había dado ni cuenta q me dijeron q no me preocupara q mi teléfono iba a estar guardado esperando q yo regresaran ,la limpieza estaba normal ya q la propiedad estaban asiendo algunas reparaciones aun así no había ningún ruido y todo estaba tranquilo y por la noche había un security en el parking

When we got there they made us pay $100 for “incidentals” upfront. Charged my card $100, then when I checked out the next day they said they “refunded” it but it’s been a week and it never showed up back in my account. VERY inconvenient for travelers working with a budget. ******* didn’t inform us nor did the hotel inform us this charge would be happening until we got there to check in. Would not recommend

All this being said, be aware that when you arrive, BE WARNED they mandate a $100 deposit on top of your stay now. If it’s on your card, you get the standard 3-5 business days it will be returned to you. Our room smelled heavily of mildew and smoke, AC didn’t really cool down very much. The continental breakfast food all looked plastic, the juice machine was broken. We have stayed at this hotel the past 4-5 years every year for the state fair. This will probably be our last year staying here.

No access to filtered drinking water Shower difficult to find hot - but it was definitely hot once I found it.

Everyone on staff is so kind and hard-working. Very much appreciate how welcoming they are to all guests
