Мы бронировали у Онура прогулку на лодке. Замечательно провели время. Также заглянули и посмотрели на апартаменты. Были впечатлены красотой, уютом, чистотой и удобством домиков. Отлично для семей с детьми! Оснащение в апартаментах и чистота на 10 баллов. И супер, что бассейн с морской водой. В следующий раз запланируем здесь пребывание, очень уж понравилось место, и хозяева, и сам городок оставил замечательное впечатление! Настолько уютный и красивый!

Recommend Villa Kiydan Apartments small friendly family run complex. Apartments set around a gorgeous salt water pool and lovely well kept gardens. Two bed apartment equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Will certainly return.

Second time at Villa Kiydan Apartments. And as with previous visit, we found the apartments spotlessly clean and well equipped for our needs-I especially love the large water cooler, which means no trips to carry back endless plastic water bottles; another plus for the environmentally aware! There were two additional sofa beds in the downstairs lounge but we didn't need them on this occasion. We were a mixed bunch on this visit, with myself, my friend, my 91 year old Dad... plus my daughter and her family. Which is one of the main reasons we choose Kiydan Villa Apartments, as this gave us the flexibility and benefits of having accommodation next door to each other, with family meals together on the veranda, but with our own private space. The kids (& big kids!) loved the beautiful large pool without horrid chlorine.... a much larger pool than in a villa. Another of the many reasons we choose Villa Kiydan Apartments was that it gave us a sense of security when my aged Dad choose to not accompany us on our walks... we could rest assured that he would have company, and was always able to order food & drinks when required. I love this area in Dalyan as there is a sense of space and a lot of sky, which you do not get in other areas. The view of the tombs and wider area from the terrace is stunning, plus its the perfect breezy spot on a hot day. The owner arranged hire of a tut tut for my Dad, and all the staff were incredibly helpful. We hired bicycles, and so along with the tut tut, it was a couple of minutes to bar street and some of our favourite restaurants. Plus the little shop at the very end was perfectly located for supplies. A stones throw from the car jetty made it perfect for boat pick-ups as well as visits to Kaunos. The price included airport transfers, and if we'd had late flights home, we would have been able to stay onsite until time to leave. An added bonus was the sectioned off area of the pool for younger children, which made my grandma duties much less stressful. 😀

Back again for our second stay of 2023. This time there were four of us on a ten day holiday, representing three generations of the family. In our view, these family owned and run apartments are still the best in Dalyan. They are situated in the quietest part of town, close to the river and with good views of Dalyan's famous rock tombs, especially from the rooftop dining area which overlooks the swimming pool. The facilities at Villa Dalyan were perfect for all three generations - including the 93 year old grandmother!

Villa Kiydan is a lovely place to stay and is managed with excellence by Onur Kiydan. The apartments are very nice and always kept very clean. Our family particularly loved the pool and were happy to spend whole happy days there. Villa Kiydan seems to attract people who enjoy a relaxing tranquil time and so is very peaceful and pleasant to stay in. This end of Dalyan is quieter than the centre which we liked very much, it is only 10 minutes walk into Dalyan centre. Onur has a fantastic boat which he keeps close to Villa Kiydan and can be booked to take guests on trips to the lake or beach – we did this and cant recommend it highly enough. Villa Kiydan is close to the ferry across the river to the ruins, and there is an excellent fish restaurant next to the ferry. Onur was very friendly and helpful, everything was run very well. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you Onur!

Amazing place. Accommodation spotless and well equipped. Host very attentive with collection and drop off at the airport. Location not too far from the main areas for shopping, eating and drinking but far enough that during the day you have total peace and quiet. Large Pool, honesty area for ice cream, drinks and beer pay at end of stay. Water fountain/machine in kitchen again refills in the cafe area. Safe and beautiful gardens with wildlife and fruit trees. Trips can be arranged through the host however we did not take one as we needed a long rest and didn't want a trip. We did go to the beach and see the turtle sanctuary a must x

Just had a fantastic week at the villa Kiydan Beautiful duplex apartments in a gorgeous setting 10 mins walk from Dalayan town center The apartments are large and well equipped and spotlessly clean nothing is too much trouble for Onur his wife and Staff . Looking forward to returning very soon Ann Proctor

Another lovely stay at Villa Kiydan. With it being early November, we were the only guests. It's such a comfortable place to stay, with everything you need for a relaxed holiday. Town is a short 10-15 minute walk, and we were really lucky with the weather for this time of year, only seeing a couple of rainy days with most days having daytime temps around 25-27 and lots of sunshine. On those rainy days, a self catering apartment shows its benefits, with the TV and the large collection of books available coming in handy. We love the peace and quiet available at this end of town, although we rarely don't take the 10 min walk to a bar in the evening. Dalyan is very quiet in November, with many places closed for the winter- but there's still enough open to have choice of where to eat or drink. It was also half-term for Turkish schools, so I had the chance to be showed up by Onur's children playing football with me a couple of times during our stay. Great, relaxing time. Genuinely worth a visit, in seaso or out of season. Oh, duvets were available and greatly appreciated (10 degrees at night) 🙂

Having just returned we found Onur and his family very welcoming. The villas are self catering and are very nice. They have everything in for you to enjoy your stay and if you want to cook they have everything available in the villas for you to use. You can order food on request if you would like this option but Onur told us about some wonderful little family run restaurant that did breakfast and we took full advantage by going and enjoying. We sat opposite the tombs on the river to enjoy our mornings watching all the boats going by. This was a 5 minutes walk from the villas but most wonderful breakfast and scenery. Onur has taken us out on his boat for the day and even in his people carrier showing us all the local ruins and even to other towns, he very proud to do this and very welcoming in his approach to every family. We have holiday in Turkey for the last 10years mostly in fethiye but after finding these apartments and Dalyan we will always choose this. Onur local knowledge on bars and the restaurant was greatly appreciated by us all and we spent our days trying to get through some of the wonderful restaurants that Dalyan has to offer. We came to Dalyan and stopped with Onur as guest but we have become very good friends with him and his family, this is how welcoming Onur is in his approach to everyone stopping with him. You can be assured that he has wealth of local knowledge and is very good host, we can not wait to return next year.

We've been returning to the Villa Kiydan apartments regularly since we first stayed there in 2009. Fifteen years on and the apartments still feel as good as new, on account of the annual updating and maintenance programme that Onur and Rumeysa carry out every winter. This year was our first experience of the new salt water system that Onur uses to keep the pool beautifully clear and clean - much better than the traditional chlorine-based systems, and no chemicals involved! In our view, these family owned and run apartments remain the best in Dalyan. They're situated in the quietest part of town, close to the river and with great views of Dalyan's famous rock tombs, especially from the rooftop veranda that overlooks the swimming pool. We enjoyed a beautifully relaxing 10 day break with lots of late summer sun; October is undoubtedly a great time to visit. This is a well-deserved and definite 5 star review - and we would have given Villa Kiydan 6 stars if we could!

Villa Kydan offers a tranquil escape very close to the heart of Dalyan. The villas/appartments itself are beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely pool perfect for relaxation. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the riverfront and local amenities. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. They were always available to answer any questions and ensure a smooth stay. We have been coming to this location for years and highly recommend.

Apartments were clean and up to date, the area was a nice location - this is the reason for 3 stars. We were very happy with this. However, the hosting was an issue and what we had read online about the villa. We had the impression it was fantastic before we arrived but this was most likely the case many years ago, which is a shame. Firstly, we had one half of a toilet roll and we had arrived with a baby and family. We have never stayed at a place where we are not without toilet roll for a family. This is a simple and costless suggestion which goes a long way. Rather than helping this situation, the host insists ‘we pay in cash now so we don’t have to carry the cash around’. We noticed he didn’t even assist with our suitcases where other people in Turkey did this so thoughtfully. This was not a good first impression. There was no offer of a water cooler until we asked on day 5, of which my father in law had to carry the water bottle him self to the room. We read on the website that there was a restaurant and cafe bar. Upon arrival we asked if we could possibly order something for breakfast, we suggested a turkish breakfast. Onur said that this was unavailable and suggested he could drop half of our party off into town to show us a place to get breakfast. We soon realised the following day that there was no food available at any times of the day or even a drink, let alone no honesty bar in sight. We also read there would be a banquet evening once a week. We feel sad that when booking this holiday we chose accommodation that could offer us food and drink on the grounds on occasions in view of us taking a baby away with us. We had stopped at the accommodation for nine nights and the first sight of food was a cake on the day we were leaving. Furthermore, the information book provided at the villa (please see photo) is what we expected when we booked the holiday. I do hope the website is updated and the information book is updated. We did expect more from a travellers choice winner, don’t be fooled by this and hopefully people will look elsewhere until things are changed at Villa Kiydan.

There was a feel of a landlord rather than a host. There was no offer of a water cooler until we asked on day 5, of which my father in law had to carry it him self to the room. A cake was offered on the day we were leaving? We had stopped at the accommodation for nine nights and that was the first sight of food provided from the hosts. We did expect more from a travellers choice winner, don’t be fooled by this and hopefully people will look elsewhere until things are changed at Villa Kiydan.

Ideal for a short break, the apartment is well furnished for a 1 bedroom and looks recently renovated to a high standard. The pool area is quite large, with a large shaded area should you not want to sit in the sun. Its self catering so no need to worry about food although the owners can provide if asked in advanced. Apartment was ready upon arrival & no late checkout fee, we were invited to stay as we needed to get our transport back to the airport. (Both transfers were handled by the owners, at a small cost but saved us looking) Owners were available to book tours although we didn't take them up on it. All in, we would recommend and will more than likely be booking again next year.

Can't understand the good reviews. The night before we travelled Onur rang me in the UK to ask for another night's rental as we were arriving early (11.00am) On arrival Onur asked for the cash after we had carried our cases in after travelling through the night with a baby. No toilet roll or water in room. No food available and no drinks. Told by onur that we should order takeaway if we wanted food. After 5 days was offered large water machine but was cheaper to get from supermarket. Could be so much better with a caring host. Travelled as a family of 5 with 4 month old baby and expected better having read all the good reviews. Not as advertised. Not returning

Overall we have received *** Reviews on Tripadvisor, 96% of which have been 5 Star, so it’s always very upsetting to see a poor Review, especially when it contains no positive comments and the majority of its content is both inaccurate and misleading. All of the other reviews for 2024 show that our guests regularly thank my wife, Rumeysa, and me for being such welcoming and attentive hosts, for which we thank them. Responding to just some of the inaccuracies in this Review: The reason I phoned the guest the day before his party travelled is that we always aim to welcome our guests personally, but this guest hadn’t told us their time of arrival. When he said 11am I thought that was strange because I knew there were no flights arriving at that time, so I said that, if he knew his party was arriving in the morning, he really should have booked his apartments starting from the night before, to make sure that they would be prepared and ready. However, I chose not to charge him for the extra night. As I expected, they didn’t arrive at 11am, but at 7am! In addition, at the end of their stay they had a late evening flight, but again I decided not to charge them for having use of the apartments and all of our facilities for an extra day. I never ask our guests for cash payments on arrival, but this guest offered to pay as soon as he arrived. I asked him if he would prefer to have a safety deposit box to store the money and other things in, but he said he would rather pay me straight away. In addition, as there was a baby in their party, we provided them with a baby cot and a high chair throughout their stay, free of charge. As there is only Rumeysa, me and our 7yr old twin boys here, we like our apartments to have a ‘family feel’. For example, from time to time Rumeysa bakes a cake for our guests to share, which she did whilst this guest was staying with us. However, as there are only two of us we’re not able to prepare food on demand, but with a day’s notice we’re more than happy to provide whatever food our guests would like. I offered to order the guests a takeaway at any time if they couldn’t give us advance notice and wanted to eat in the apartments. Finally, all of our 2-bedroomed apartments are provided with a large water cooler and water. Because of space, the 1-bedroomed apartments don’t have one, but if there’s a spare available I will offer it to our 1-bedroomed guests if they would like one. Yes, the water from the water cooler is more expensive than the supermarkets, but it comes in a 19 litre bottle specially made to fit on the water cooler, so it guarantees cold water at all times on tap. Our guests generally prefer this to having to carry 5 litre bottles from the supermarket that, in any event, are too big to fit in the fridge.
