Vergane glorie. In Nederland was dit gebouw gesloten vanwege instorting en brand gevaar. Stopcontacten hangen uit de muur, airco's die overmatig water lekken in het appartement. Geen goede verlichting op de gang. Bedden lagen lekker, ligging is super. Je kunt heerlijk bij het zwembad liggen. Horeca wordt door een extern gezin gerund en die hebben onze vakantie gemaakt. We gaan zeker terug, maar nooit meer dit complex. Ze vinden trouwens ook dat de dag van aankomst en vertrek geld als schoonmaak en handdoeken wissel. 2x per week, precies op dag van aankomst en dag van vertrek. Heb je veel aan! De dochter van de eigenaar is alles behalve vriendelijk, ze staat ook bij de meeste reisorganisaties te boek als de heks! Boek vooral andere accommodatie, maar ga wel eens eten bij Musa en Valerie, daar krijg je geen spijt van.

Yöneticileriyle, çalışanlarıyla, temizliğinde, havuzları güzelliğiyle, konumuyla kısaca herseyiyle süper bir hotel kafanız rahat bir şekilde gidin. Biz 13-16 agustos 2023 tarihlerinde iki aile olarak gittik çok memnun kaldık.

The pictures on web site do not reflect the grim reality of what we walked in to. Walls were dirty, cobwebs hanging from the walls. Severe mould in cupboard under sink in bathroom . Sink and shower taps were loose, as well as mould between tiles in shower, which also leaked badly into rest of bathroom, mattress and pillows hard, we ached daily upon waking. No words to describe the fridge.

Just back from 2 weeks here. I was so worried when I read previous reviews. I need not have, yes it was dated but we had a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, air conditioning throughout. It was kept very clean with ample clean towels. Mr and Mr Olzap and all the staff couldn't do enough for us. There were a few faults with apartment but nothing major. Obviously location is fantastic. I'm going back in 6 weeks.

Dirty bed linen ripped with blood stains. Foul smell from drains permeating through the apartment. No Air con in bedroom, Air con in living room not working. Swimming pool dirty. On site bar tried to over charge for my bill fortunately I knew what I had drunk and queried the charges, It was eventually rectified, Word of advice pay your bar bill daily they will try to overcharge. Overall I cannot say anything positive about this accommodation and would strongly advise people not to book. Was so bad left hotel after a few days and paid to stay elsewhere (sadly had paid for full two weeks in advance for this abomination of a hotel)

Anybody that gives this place more than one star must have very low standards. I have only just returned from my first holiday in Turkey and this place participated in a terrible start to the holiday. Arrived around 2030hrs and was shown to the room by a pleasant old woman who spoke a few words of English. My sister and niece were shown to their apartment, where there was a line of bricks situated in front of the door. There were also bricks inside the room that they were required to climb over. The room was filthy and the air con unit was hanging from the wall. On my way to my room on first floor, the sensor reactive lights go off after a few seconds which made it difficult to navigate the spiral stairs, resulted in my son taking a fall. The main doors have see through glass which offers no privacy, washing machine plugged in near the shower and sockets hanging from the wall. Looked like the place had not been cleaned for a while. We left after 5 minutes and paid 700 pound for alternative accommodation. Avoid at all costs.

I have visited Dalyan for the past 15 years and always stay at the Ozalp Apartments. Located a short walk from the town centre there is a bakery and supermarket just around the corner. The apartments will suit a traveller or family on a budget. The accommodation is basic but always spotlessly clean. There are 3 main accommodation blocks, all three storey and 3 well maintained swimming pools. I always chose the self catering option but breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are available at the Mavi Bar located within the complex. Prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend the place.

We arrived on 1st april, only english guests in the property, we was told by the owner he had upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment rather than a 1 bedroom. Reason for this was the accomodation was full off turkish work men. 1st impressions was not to bad, very dated and nothing a lick of paint could do to clean it up. But as in turkey we were aware that standards are not as you would get in other countries. After getting in to the apartment we found it to be dirty, datk and damp. The mirror in 1 bedroom had clean me written in the dust Plug sockets hanging off the walls. Kettle and toaster beyond use . Bathrooms shocking state as you will see from pictures attached. I had to clean everywere before i felt comfortable to use any of the facilities in the appartment. Put towels out to dry after showers and mouse droppings would be all over them. The house keeping was shocking , toilet bins emptied once in a week, bedding changed once which is fine if the bedding is clean, what we got was stained bedding and badly stained towels. If i could rate this place it would be minus 5.
