The whole property is good, the views are really great, pool is well lit and decorated. Overall the view of the property is really really good. But, only issue is the staff, thus some stars less .....they are not courteous and make you feel you are asking anything out of blue...we went to place asked for any complimentary upgrades , they said rooms are their but pay for it and get it...we said ok .. considering it was needed....their are complimentary welcome drink, which is not served to you unless you ask for....then they say pool is open from 7 am to 7 pm and suddenly you see a whole block of PPL arnd po from 4 pm for arrangements, so no privacy and they say pool is closed for maintenance from 5 pm - which actually was not and it was given to a pool private party ....so all in all you have lost your pool time ..wherein you also paid extra for room....next they say you will get complimentary cake ..which als you have to remind at restaurant and they as well make you feel as if you have asked for specific out of blue....candle light dinner is really nice....but the lights on trees and str shaped all where shut...so it was literally like have food in dark with mosquito butting all over ....next they will say you get 20% off in dinner and in actual bill it is 10%...on asking they said you must have heard wrong we said 10%only....next day you go to swimming pool and ask them to give the pool benches.. .they will ruudely reply ..we will do it but will take time....on insisting they made arrangement of one chair and wen back to their natural course....this was around 10 am.....the pool which was under so called.maintenance had litter in it...party ties, paper fallen all over and so...then we asked for mat in benches for which they said they don't have....which later I found were lying inside the washroom area...for which they answered they are dirty so we said it is not their.... All in all the experience makes you feel that you pay and get nothing....thus the frustration...and yes it is definitely due to the hotel staff and ***agement...which makes you feel that way... So please ensure when you are going....their is no pool party that nite...else the pool will be kind off blocked from 3 pm onwards for arrangments till 10 or 11 am next morning...which is kind off 90% of your stay time... Staff at reception may tell you something...but get it in writing... Lastly...if you want something in room....please plan to call half he early...as that is their lead time.... Rest the property is really good, if staff is changed...you will enjoy it..

The service was exceptional—special thanks to Mr Abhinav for ensuring prompt service as and when required. The breakfast was decent, with quite a few options. The food served is tasty, and the preparation time is less than 25 minutes.mr.abhinav is good person The hotel's location is perfect, with many eateries nearby. The Gunjan area is within walking distance and a good place for shopping. It is strongly recommended!

At peril resort aminties are too good rooms clean. Food average. Dj night is awesome. Resort indoor look is too good. There some cleaning and maintenance required at children play area.
we had group get to gather and celebration of around 40 people on 18/6/23 Saturday so we have visited the place and given property tour by GM of hotel at Thursday Evening 16/6/23 and given price quote on official paper as per our requirements. On Friday approx 12 o'clock we called the number given printed price quote and request to connect with GM for confirmation of booking but even through repeated request they didn't connect with GM because as per them on Friday it was birthday of GM and he is on holiday, so we had to talked with Mr. Gaurav of reservation / reception and discussing the matter every time he asked to give call back in 5 min but didnt reply even after 30 min we called them again for no of times so at 2 PM he confirmed that our block of the 10 rooms are showing in system and booking is confirmed upon payment so we ask them to send us payment details now the story begin. Between 2 to 5 PM I called him 6 times and every time he say that we are giving payment details, he discussed the other charges as well and even to take permission form Excise department for 1 day to have liquor on restaurant and he said he will sending me PI Invoice for payment NOW every time as ask for 2 min and he didn't called up so we give back 4 times and then MR. SHIVAM (staff) came in picture he said mr. gaurav shift is over at 4PM and now i am handling the query so you make payment before 6PM as your booking is blocked to confirm upon payment WE ask for bank details for online transfer and promise to send QR code in 2min but he didn't them suddenly Mr. ARUN (staff) received the call and he denied the booking at 6.30PM said there was some other booking so we again ask for connect to GM or give his contact No. but he refused WE VERY WELL KNOW THAT IT'S YOUR RIGHT TO GIVE BOOKING OR TO REFUSE. BUT WHEN YOU HAD GIVEN Confirmation OVER CALL AND TILL 6PM YOU DIDNT GIVEN PAYMENT DETAILS TO MAKE PAYMENT AND SUDDENLY YOU REFUSE A BOOKNG AT 6.30 ?? WHY DONT YOUR GM WHO HAD GIVEN ALL DETAILS PROPERTY TOUR DISSUCED EVERYTHING IN DETAILS COME ON CALL ONES IN WHOLE DAY ?? MR. GAURAV MR. SHIVAM AND MR ARUN IS BIG PREOFESTIONAL SCAMMER TO LINGER THE CUSTOMER WHOLE DAY TILL 6 PM TO WAIT FOR SOME OTHER BOOKING AND THEN REFUSED IF GET ANOTHER GOOD BOOKING.. EVERYONE IS INVLOVED IN ORGANISED SCAM TO DO UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS... IF YOU DO THE THIS KIND OF SCAM UPON BOOKING AND HOW YOU TREAT GUEST AFTER CHECK-IN ? AND WHAT ABOUT IF WE HAD MARRIAGE BOOKING WITH YOU ? YOUR SCAM COST SOMEONE THEIR LIFE'S BIGGEST HAPPINESS. I HAVE ALL CALL RECORDING ( INCOMING AND OUT GOING ) AND CONVERSASTION ON VOICE CALL RECORDING TO PROVE MY CASE.. 訪訪客Checkin and checkout was smooth, no long wait. Rooms, food and the property was upto expectation , Breakfast buffet was amazing, we love the live counter for omlette and dosa. However, overall experience was good,Manger Mr.Tushar was so helping and friendly nature ,becoz of Mr.Tushar (hotel manager) again we had booked on was stay was so good. Mr.Salman and Mr.Ragevendra bell boy also good with us , again soon we will visit and enjoy Hotel Searock Villa in front of beauty beach.
I wouldn’t call it a hotel it was a funny arrangement. There was no reception or a trained staff. The hotel is 4 floors from which two floors are not owned by them which was very very strange.The lift was not working and all rooms were located above the third floor so u have to climb stairs ti reach to your room, you have to carry your own luggage since there is no staff. We got the shock as soon as we reached the room the bathrooms dint have latch, there were no wardrobes and surprisingly no intercom for room service you have to climb the stairs to make the complain.also they provide no toileteries or drinking water. Also the rooms had tv but tv was kept as a showpiece with remotes or tv connections when we contacted the owner on the phone he said why you want tv? He is the most ridiculous person we ever met. There was no drawers or wardrobe so you cant unpack your stuff. The bathroom windows were broken so the mosquitoes kept coming. The location is worst you cant even locate it on gps. You wont get any vehicle to come out of there or to visit any places. Its very very far from the main area. There were lots of stray dogs moving outside the hotel ready to bite you and give you rabies. There was no eatery nearby you have to walk two kms to get tea or coffee. I am suggesting them to the hotel asap!!! Occupancy was zero you should name it ghost house!!
LLuvvvRooms need to be cleaned n painted . Bed linens to be upgraded. Curtains to be changed. No fridge in room.Total upgrade of rooms required. Breakfast menu should be revised. Very few choice n location of having breakfast was very bad. tea coffee was served in paper cups.
