阿爾帕沙旅館(Al Pasha)

خدمة لاسف سئية جدا نظافة سئية السعر جدا عالي هنن قالو انو هيدا الاوتيل ٥ نجوم هو بصراحة ٢ وزيادة عليه من برا حلو بس التجربة صعبة جدا . كنت مسافرة وصلت على دمشق الساعة ٨ الصبح بعد سفر ١١ ساعة ، كان لا يوجد غرفة احتياط واو حمام انو اغتسل وأغير ملابسي قالو لي يجب علي الانتظار بباحة الاوتيل حتى الساعة ١٢ إلى حين استلامي للغرفة طلبت فطور قالو لي يجب ان ادفع قلت لهم أنا دافعة غرفة مع فطور ٦٠٠ الف هل هذا لا يكفي لكي اخذ كاسة شاي وحبتين زيتون وبيضة مسلوقة يا للعار ، قالو لا يجب ان تندفعي ٥٠ الف للفطور دفعت وجأوا بالفطور الفقير جدا جدا صحون صغيرة جدا كا صحون القهوة عليها زيت وزعتر وواحد مربى وبيضة مسلوقة وكاسة شاي شربت واكلت ودفعت . مشيت وارادت ان استخدم اي شي لأغسل وجهي لانني كنت متعبة وعيوني عم تغمض لحالها قالو لي هناك حمام اذهبي اليه ، يا للعار فعلا ليس هناك منشفة كان هناك ٥ محارم ورق خجولة وصابونة صغيرة غسلت وجهي . وعدت ثانية اسال نفسي تلفوني اريد ان اشحنه قالو لي اذهبي إلى هناك لان معظم الفيوزات خربانة وما بتشتغل . تأملت قليلا وقلت فعلا مهزلة خرجت واتصلت بأوتيل آخر وأخذت حوائي وذهبت ولم اقطن هنا أبدا . It’s the worst experience I have ever had it’s not 5 stars it’s 2 stars only very poor service very limited in every wards . It’s so bad please please don’t ever go there

Petit bijou dans le vieux centre de Damas. La chambre est de grande taille , propre et bien décorée . Le seul et gros problème reste hélas le manque d’insonorisation . Autant dire qu’on avant l’impression de dormir dans la cours intérieure toute la nuit. Le bar reste ouvert jusqu’à 2 h du matin, nous avons eu le droit à un anniversaire depuis notre chambre à minuit passe avec des enfants qui criaient .. nos enfants n’ont pas dormir et nous les parents encore moins . Le personnel reste serviable et conviviale . Le petit dej est complet

We did not have a good experience at this hotel. There was not consistent hot water. The WiFi was not working for the first day or two. The bathroom shower leaked water, and though staff said they would see about it, nothing was done. My wife (a Syrian citizen) had difficulty with the Office Staff, while they said they would be helpful most often they did nothing to gain our return business. The bed/pillows in our room wasn't the most comfortable, and the air vent released right over the bed. There are other hotels within walking distance from this hotel that we would recommend.

The worst hotel, very bad experience. Could not have a proper shower. the water was very cold. Cold shower on the first day after our check-in and the next day in the morning. People are talking outside my room until 3.30 am and at 7.30 am kitchen stuff talking loudly in the kitchen, which happened to be next to my room. My advice is not to reserve in that hotel.

The experience was great, the rooms are very clean, the service is good, staff is friendly, food is clean and delicious, the hotel location is good. The hotel management were very helpful and tried to help us to the maximum.
