我是IHG白金卡會員,一年大概在全球要住30-40家Holiday Inn、皇冠假日以及洲際。這個酒店不在巴黎市中心,如果開車自駕的話還是非常方便的,尤其對於去凡爾賽宮旅遊的自駕者來說尤其方便,因為酒店有一個立體的停車場,去往市中心的協和廣場用UBER的話大概33歐元。酒店的前台非常熱情,房間來說一般吧,尤其不喜歡那個紅黑色的地毯,但是房間還是很大的,在我住過的全球近120家Holiday Inn裏屬於中游水平吧。

在我的兩週住宿期間,美好舒適。經理和工作人員都很棒而且非常樂於助人。房間和床都很寬敞。位置很安靜。交通很棒。距離商店 5 分鐘路程,距離附近火車站 12 分鐘路程。一定會再來的。

My wife and I stayed several nights at the Domaine de la Corniche. The entire hotel was charming, with a sophisticated balance of modern interior design and historical architecture, and the view of the Seine River was magnificent. The meals at the Bistro and the Panoramique Restaurant were exceptional, and the bar had a good selection. The entire staff was cheerful and helpful. It was only a twenty-minute drive through the country to get to Monet's home in Giverny, one of our top destinations on our trip from the US to France.

Highly assessed: 1. Good location of hotel 2. Very satisfactory 3. Staff very friendly 4. Boss immediately engages in the problems, meticulously vertyfing if a customer is satisfied after she has seen to a problem reported. The boss does not let it go until the problem is sovled. 5. Good quality of breakfast Room for improvement: 1. Cleanliness of exterior. I found the door and walls below the window not clean. This could be simply managed with a cloth. I would recommend to prepare a chacklist and the schedule when something needs to be cleaned (if not implemented) 2. Cleanliness of interior. a. What was reported to the boss: - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of walls. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accomondation) - Hair on the walls in the bathroom (not solved during the accommotation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of radiators both in the bathroom and in the room. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accommodation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of curtains (partially solved during accommodation but this was explained why this was solved like that) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of switches ( solved by myself) - My colleague, to whom another room was rented did not faced the same troubles - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of the middle bed. It seemed to me as if somebody was lying that full in sweat (the boss did not comfirmed my feelings, however I had been persistant in telling that the problem has not been solved. I think this need to be rechecked by sniffing deply the pillow and the mattress, in particular. I think that taking off a pillowcase and a bedsheet will help to see it better.) b. Not reported to the boss: - Cleanliness of the mirrors. My general impression was that the same cloth has been used for every surfaces cleaned. - Cleanliness of the TV set (both rooms) - I have poured hot water in to a tea cup and I found that the edge of the coup no clean. This seemed to be a kind of a lipstick
