The sofa matress needs to be replaced, and the doors are really loud.

THis hotel is in a fabulous location but needs a big update. They are in the process of updating the outside. When we arrived, the elevator was not working, the jacuzzi was not working and the room that we had had a pull out bed with a mattress that was cheep and you could touch the coils. Why do that to a guest? We upgraded to a room with 2 kings that had a comfy mattress and good quality sheets. The room was great but we had to really pay for it.

I love this place. Ive been coming here for years. The guys are all fabulous. The cleaning crew is great too.

Location of the hotel is great, service was good and quietness from outside noise was good. The room we had was very small, the bathroom was noisy with a toilet that ran all night even after adjusting the lever, the floor around the tube looked molded and the light would cause anyone to develop epileptic seizures how it pulsated. Overall stay was good. I would return but I would ask not to stay at the very top rooms.

Charged smoking fee and we did not smoke at all, literally. Photos sent showed no smoking & are refusing to refund fees. Never in my life have I dealt with something this obscene..BUYER BEWARE

We did not get anything we felt we had booked. We booked an ocean front room and received a postage stamp view with very limited views. We're told they don't book which rooms they assign until the day before arrival. The bathroom fan was so loud it woke up the person sleeping during the night. We booked 4 nights and checked out after the first night and moved directly next door to a beautiful beach front room at Best Western which was wonderful. Beachfront Inn was a terrible experience. On a scale of 1 to 10 it barely rates a 1

Check in was poor, service was poor. Room had broken lights and loud ac. Pipes banging through out the night. Breakfast was poor. Metal door bar coming away from bathroom floor. Cracked tiles. Bathroom light didn’t work. Someone left food in the toilet. Used coffee bag left in the machine and room just not clean. Reception did nothing. Over £100 for the night and terrible. No bar, no food, no service. Had to go next door across the street to another independent bar that was loud for food and a drink.

The room was lovely, my oceanfront view was incredible. The breakfast that was provided was alright. Unfortunately while on our stay the jacuzzi was shut down do to unproper maintenance. :(
