Great hotel for an overnight stay or longer stay with the kitchen and other amenities inside. Would come again 😊.

The toilet was broken, they came with plunger, but was not an issue even tho we told to maintenance, the flange has to get changed. People wants to come in the room while do not disturb sign outside, and maintenance keep knocking the door. I asked for quite room, and got room facing highways…needs an attention on details and customers more.

We had multiple issues while spending the night at this hotel. We stayed the weekend for Valentines Day, the ONLY reason why we booked a stay at this hotel was because we wanted to have a fireplace for the weekend. The room they gave us; the fireplace did not work. They even had maintenance come up and try to get it started, it never worked. We paid for a room with a fireplace to just not have access to a fireplace. The toilet in the room consistently clogged, to the point that we also had to have maintenance come up with a plunger. The staff was beyond friendly, except for the night time (after 10pm).. desk person She was rude. The breakfast at the hotel was great, and the women running it was stellar. All in all it wasn't a terrible experience. Hotel is old and outdated a bit... I wouldn't book here again, but if a fireplace isn't important to you, this ight work for you.

We appreciated the cheerfulness of the staff, the room, the computer and printer access and the treats in the lobby, which make it seem more like home. I realize it might not be feasible, but I would like to actually control the heater in the room--it seemed to reset itself after a period of time, waking me up in the wee hours of the morning.

Can't recommend this property My friends and I arrived a little after 3pm and were told there were no rooms ready, that housekeeping was behind schedule and check in time was 4pm. Ok, i understand standard check in time but how can you be sold out in this small town with not much going on? It was not like I was trying to check in at noon. The front desk clerk did not go out of her way to be welcoming or offer us anything while we waited in the lobby even though I told her we had an event to go to. She half a** tried to call housekeeping to hurry them up. Finally we were able to check in at 3:50 but this was after she completely disappeared from the front desk area. We left for our event and upon returning later at night the same clerk did not hold the door open for us, though I did for her! Also this is when the roaches made their appearance in our room. My friends saw a sizable one in the bathroom and there was a small one doing laps around the kitchen sink. Another small one which I though i had drowned kept coming back and climbing the faucet handle. When we left the next morning at 7am there were two clerks at the front desk and neither one of them even looked up at me when i was standing there waiting to hand them my keys, they were more concerned with the shift change. Finally the one took my keys. To summarize, the Residence Inn Danbury needs to do better in terms of customer service and cleanliness! This is definitely not in line with what one would expect from the Marriott brand

The staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful..Always love to stay here. Feels like home with a friendly staff who cares and remembers you from other stays at the hotel.

Amazing hotel. The fireplace and kitchen were amazing and the place was well maintained. Love it!! Will be back.
