Not exactly as advertised. Room next to reception meant there was noise all day. Staff going to their car all evening meant car doors shutting right outside the room.
Bathroom was dated.
Bed was very comfy.
Lounge suitable for one. Would have been very uncomfortable for 2. Coffee table only, no dining table.
Location perfect for getting to and getting supplies.

Good value for money,rooms were very clean and tidy and well presented.very comfortable.Close to all shops with a good car park with cameras.Would definitely stay again.Very quiet with barely any noise at all.

Was a wonderful and amazing night stay! Definitely book again in future. Room configuration was perfect. Was nice and clean and smelt amazing when you opened the room door! Definitely 10/10 rating. Front desk staff and very pleasant and inviting. Keep up the great work!

All staff especially reception and cleaning staff were kind, efficient, warm and could not do enough to help and make our stay more comfortable and easy given our circumstances at the time. I highly recommend the Quest Dandenong for a peaceful, private and most comfortable experience.

Everything from the pre-book in phone call to the exit was seamless. I was travelling for business with my family. The kids were welcomed and the cleaner worked around our unusual working hours. IMPRESSED.... we are returning in 1 month.. I could choose another quest but will return here.

Not 100% as I expected when make booking but it's ok. Please listen to the customer request, don't just ignore it. Hotels need to upgrade the door with soundproof, could not sleep well second night just because neighbour opened and closed the door

Property was very clean, super comfy beds, lovely staff, cleaners did a good job, close to shops, only down fall is for a 2 bedroom apartment kitchen was very small and we had issues with both showers

Nice place to stay even though on a main road it was very quiet. Great off street parking with plenty of room for larger vehicles. A short walk to centre of town. Room was very clean and serviced well each day
