塞維爾維爾柯達萬楓套房酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Sevierville Kodak)

We love the location right off the highway and across from The Chop House and Bass Pro Shop. The room is showing its age though-the tub spout was coming out of the tile and hard to turn on the shower. Towels were threadbare. The property needs some attention. Also more lights to make crossing to the restaurant and shopping safer is needed.

Was just an overnight stop easy on and off the road. Food they provide was not very impressive.

I was very pleased with The Fairfield. My only complaint, and this is why I didn't rate 5 stars. The swimming pool was absolutely freezing cold. Not just chilly, ICE cold to the point you just could not get used to it. It is very clean, the staff is extremely helpful. The young lady who checked us in went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were close to each other and close to the elevator (one parent uses a walker) The breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, and cereal etc. although nothing special it was a very nice breakfast.

Great property but the exercise room leaves a lot to be desired. Two treadmills and two other machines crammed into a small room.

Spent 2 nights here in mid-July. Hotel was clean and comfortable - very much in line with other Fairfield Inns. Location was fantastic, directly off the interstate, same exit as Dollywood, right across the street from the minor league baseball stadium with a Bass Pro, Harley store, and several other cool shopping spots in the same complex. There is a giant Bucc-ees across the street along with several restaurants nearby

Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and the breakfast was great

The girl at the front desk was extremely sweet and helpful. I was very impressed.

Friendly staff, clean & comfortable room, nearby shopping and resturants.

Very dirty. Hallways were filthy. Room was not cleaned very well. Bathroom had hair everywhere. The location is great, front desk staff was also very friendly.
