Hotel lobby is nice, reception staff were lovely. rooms are very dated. Didn’t feel that clean. Area isn’t the nicest. Wouldn’t stay again.

Was there for business and was able to have 2 zoom calls by the bar during the day. Everyone was so nice leaving me to work after checkout. Place is very convenient to all..

Room is big and clean. Amenities missing microwave and shower gel.

We were staying just one night to catch an early flight. The room was clean but it was unusually chilly for South Fla when we were there. It was downright cold in the room and you do not have control of the temperature. When asked at the desk, she states they have no control of the heat either, so she gave us a blanket that looked like it was from the 90’s. One coffee packet in the room, so since we had an early flight, went down to see if there was any complimentary coffee in the lobby. You could smell it and there were plenty of employees enjoying it in the restaurant. but we couldn’t even buy it, when asked, not until 6:30! Go to grandpas around the corner. No description of the restaurant, only showing a picture of a hamburger on thier website. We went elsewhere since we wanted more than a sandwich or burger and when we returned after dinner, we saw they have a full menu displayed in the lobby when we returned. Nothing in the room about the restaurant and definitely not on the website. Also one small tiny little wastebasket in the whole room. The staff was very pleasant on checkin but checkout not so much. When we asked for another cup of coffee when leaving, they wanted to charge me $4!! For the amount of money they charge, and without heat control or simple coffee, I will not be returning.
