勞德代爾堡荷里活機場希爾頓花園酒店(Ft. Lauderdale Airport-Cruise Port, FL)

The only complaint we would have is that you can't cover the window so you have complete darkness. The staff was very gracious and courtesies, giving us each a bottle of water which was much appreciated. They let us check out an hour and a half later than what is required. But best of all, when we got off the cruise ship & went directly to the hotel, they let us check in FIVE hours early. They bent over backwards to accommodate us!

I spent the night at the hotel to be close to the airport. Great and pleasant customer service at the front disk. Kids enjoyed complimentary mini cup cakes and pop corn machine at the lobby. We enjoyed the pool. Wish if pool and hot tub are heated. Big outdoor shopping mall close by.

Good amenities, our kids enjoyed the pool / hot tub, it was a nice breakfast (paid), and we liked how it had a shuttle service to the airport and cruise port (paid). Expect to wait a bit longer for the shuttle vs an Uber, but the wait is reasonable. This was a solid hotel for our family.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff serving breakfast was excellent and friendly. Staff behind the desk didn't seem to care at all. Arrived early, and name added to early check in which ended up being a little around 3pm. Mentioned we had a large group going to the airport at 5am shuttle, and front desk brushed it off, saying we'd be all set. But as it turned out there were other guests, which caused delays in getting to the airport. The driver did his best, but front desk staff obviously didn't care to plan ahead.

Our stay was totally adequate and I would return. Only two problems, which were the air conditioner did not work or I should say the thermostat did not work. but my husband was able to get the unit on by going directly to the air conditioner and bypassing the thermostat. if you need to take the shuttle to the port, it was not advertised that they only accept cash. We came down the next morning having a reservation and were not directed to the shuttle desk so it was a last minute scuffle to get to the shuttle desk, and then learned that they only took cash. It all worked out fine, but I would’ve liked to of known. The hotel was packed the night that we were there. It’s an easy drive from the airport, and then to the port for the cruises. The rooms were large, the beds were comfortable, and the area was clean. The pool area was very nice and people were enjoying it.

Reserved King, Got 2 Queens. Air conditioning so loud had to turn off. Breakfast horrible with terrible service. Fire alarms went off a couple of times but no smoke detector in our room only 2 wires hanging where it belonged. Apparently remodeling with a long way to go. Desk staff EXCELLENT.

我喜歡酒吧鮑伯的服務和友善。酒吧裡的新人也很努力，但對一些飲料有點不了解。當我們週六10月28日入住時，我們621間房間的廁所沒有沖水。我周六向前台報告，第二天仍然沒有修好。在他們修復之前我又報告了兩次。大約18個小時我必須從6樓下去小便。另外，買一個能真正支撐你的頭的枕頭而不是看起來很舊的枕頭也沒什麼壞處。我和我丈夫每年在這裡住 6-8 次，這讓我有點沮喪。

I reserved a 1king sized bedroom. When I arrived I was told there was no more. And was given a 2 bed. Attendant told me that all she can do is offer me a free breakfast voucher. I mean really a voucher
