Service from airport to hotel is free but you need to wait a while for pickup. They have transportation from hotel to ship for 20$ per person. Uber is cheaper if you are 3 or more. Rated 3 due to all the noise you hear from outside, no soundproof

arrived at 9 am for check in, and was not able to actually get into a room until 3 pm, was a little frustrating. however, this is a place neighbor to the airport, so there’s a high turnover with stays. when the front desk lady who checked us in said she would call when room was ready, she did not call & by the time we went back to try again a room was “finally ready”. Luckily there’s a Bass Pro shopping center nearby to pass the time. It was a clean and spacious venue.

The price was ridiculous for the quality of the room and overall hotel. Train noise & inconvenient location…had to wait for a long while in an Uber while a long train passed. Also …no housekeeping at all…we had to call to get coffee and cups. Not a great experience. A friend booked the same nights and it was $200 less in price!

Dommage que la restauration soit si limitée pour un tel hôtel. Problèmes entre l’accueil et la restauration à propos du petit déjeuner inclus : j’ai dû retourner à l’accueil puis revenir côté restauration, ensuite c’est une employée de la restauration qui est retournée à l’accueil. A l’heure du café, pas de café servi : entre 14 et 17 heures la restauration ferme. Enfin, pour une clientèle en grande partie âgée les renseignements concernant les plats sont écrits au loin en caractères trop petits pour être lisibles. Tout cela pourrait être amélioré facilement et ainsi correspondre au standing de l’hôtel.
