-Hotel was fine, perfect for flights or people going on cruises. Not much food options nearby, and not enough seating in breakfast area. Hotel was clean, Shuttle to hotel/ back was a bit of a mess. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive and the shuttle takes about 30-45 minutes to arrive. Plan ahead if you need to go to the airport...we ended up having to uber it to the airport in the morning due to it not being able to pick us up from the hotel for 45 minutes

Room 429 … we arrived at 2am our floor was dirty, no wifi the entire stay and no reimbursement . The phone in the room did not work so could not call down on arrival to get help with issues. They said in the am that the wifi was having ‘technical difficulties’ . I heard someone negotiating a discount and got one but not offered to us. At 9:45 a very aggressive housekeeping woman demanded we leave our room. I told her that checkout was 11:00 and had an hour. She said “ leave in 5 minutes “ … ridiculous and after 15 years of weekly business travel I have never been treated like this. We waited for the airport shuttle we signed up for upon arrival. Guess what - not in the list! I watched the man who checked us in write us down. We were directed to the man in charge - waited 10 min to talk to him then he said he was not the guy. Mass confusion and we finally just gave up on the shuttle and took a cab. Paid way too much for this hotel and received none of the services promised in the ad on *******. Full refund in order for this couple!

I requested to stay in the top floor a few days before I arrived only to be told there were no rooms available. The rooms are all tile, so the noise from the room above me was bad. An effort to be moved to the top floor was resisted by Alexia who claimed that all the top floor rooms were unavailable. Hard to believe since no specific rooms are assigned. No wifi available either. The are the hotel is situated in is like a warehouse type district.

He was the only one working at the front desk. He stayed on the phone and kept answering calls. Instead of checking people in. I was the only person in line. Took him 17 minutes to say how may i help you. So if you come here. Please don't be in a rush. You definitely need extreme patience. Besides that only issue. I actually liked the hotel. Clean, spacious, direct tv, dove bodywash , dove everything. Not the regular cheap stuff all the other hotels use.

We stayed here twice, before our cruise and after. Before the cruise or room wasn't ready until 5 after the cruise it wasn't ready until almost 7. Why don't the world would you put the handicapped room the farthest from the elevator? The shower wand was missing in the bathtub which made it impossible for a handicapped person to use the bathtub. The most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. Very inadequate facilities for breakfast. Both times there was absolutely no where to sit and eat. We will never stay here again.

The room was bit smelly and the receptionist was not really helpful or interested in queries. Also, shutttle to cruise costs 15$ per person including infants. Uber takes you there for cheaper rate

It is a fine hotel, but it is still under renovation, and apparently the wifi has been disabled for over a week. I did really enjoy the breakfast, plentiful pillows and towels, and the Dove bath products.

This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in the past 10 years which doesn’t have any WiFi service during my stay
