Great place, great location! Food is incredible

It’s our second stay in less than a month. Same friendly staff and great location. We even booked a higher class rooms M Club. Few issues though,room floor was really dusty/dirty. My wife brings her own wthite hotel slippers. So we can really tell the room floor was dirty. Next issue sink was clogged before we even used it. The thing that lift: the stopper in the sink was missing. Called front desk they said engineering is I’ll be up to fix it. 20min past we called to follow up finally the guy showed up. He fixed the clogged but did not replace the miss part. “just call us again when it happens” weird why not fix the issue now for us or next guest.

Front desk staff was incredibly rude . We asked the price of a shuttle to the port , and decided we would take a taxi . The young woman at the desk told the man at the valet stand that we wanted to go to the port but did not want to pay the cost of the shuttle. That young man announced it to the shuttle driver . The young woman went down to the valet attendant to let him know the situation . This action was not needed , and was terribly rude.

Couldn't sleep. Had a very noisy AC unit. Brought the issue to the front desk. Said they would fix and did not. Room had greasy hand prints onnthe windows, broken tiles in the bathroom and a grungy catpet that needed vacuuming. Wouldn't stay again.

Nous sommes arrivées à 9h le matin et l'on nous a donné une chambre sur le champs sans même le demander. Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Chambre confortable, superbe piscine et coin bar/salon parfait pour relaxer. À 2 min de marche de Sunny Side, où il y a plusieurs restos et boutiques. Transport gratuit vers l'aéroport. On nous a encore accomodé en nous laissant la chambre jusqu'à 14h, et tout ça sans frais supplémentaire. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Bom hotel, com um quarto bem grande, confortável e bem decorado. Tem um shuttle que funciona aproximadamente de hora em hora. Tem uma ótima piscina e ótima academia. Flexibilizam o checkout até 1 PM no máximo.

Very average hotel. Clean room but shower drain needs work. Elevators are very slow and missing info about scanning key if you want to go up. Good restaurant.
